This holiday season is truly a season to be thankful. As soon as the leaves start to fall (figuratively in Florida of course, but literally falling elsewhere), I start to think about how fortunate I am. I have a pretty amazing job, and I’m sur-rounded by incredible people who genuinely care about me, our customers, our company, and each other. Thanks to them, 2020 is already shaping up to be tremendous, with a solid book of business on the books. And while many people may take this time of year to consider their New Year’s Resolutions, I prefer to focus on some New Year Reflections instead:

To our customers: This industry would not exist without you. And “customers” isn’t even the proper word for it. So many of you are more than that. To me, and to the rest of Millennium Luxury Coaches team, you’re family. We share photos about our trips and travels, meet up in locations across the country, and get together for annual rallies. We may not be related by blood, but we’re family in plenty of other senses of the word. I’m thankful that we have each of you in our lives and that we are able to provide you with the best of everything related to the Prevost lifestyle.

To our employees: Each of you is family as well. I’m hon-ored to work side by side with every single one of you. It fills my heart with joy to hear about your lives and your children’s lives. Being able to build this business so that you can provide for your family and supporting you on a daily basis is just as fulfilling as making our customers happy, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. You make me proud with your drive, enthusiasm, and passion for Millen-nium Luxury Coaches, and I can never thank you enough.

To my family: I could not do what I do without the support I get from my wife Lara. Her devotion, not only to me, but

to her involvement in the business, is absolutely incredi-ble, and it’s difficult for me to express how grateful I am. She cares about our customers and employees as if they were her own family, a philosophy that resonates with me constantly, as each of you knows. To my kids, Alexandra and Adam, I am so blessed to be your dad. You make me proud every single day.

To our partners: It has been a true blessing to be able to work with you towards a common goal. Our relationship with Prevost Car has proven to be a pillar of strength and direction for our company and customers. The support, service, and quality we share sets an example that every company should follow. It’s inspiring and I thank you.

To our military members and veterans: Thank you for your service to our great country. Politics aside, we are united by the loyalty, dedication, and strength of all of our people in uniform, from each member of the armed forces to our first responders. Millennium Luxury Coaches would not exist without the freedom each of you fight for every single day.

As we enter our 20th year of providing impeccable service, I reflect on what’s brought us here, and I resolve to con-tinue striving for excellence, listening to our customers, learning from our employees, and growing our Millenni-um family. At Millennium Luxury Coaches, a great deal of thought goes into every choice we make when building a custom coach. From the interior design to the technology included, we test products, weigh all of our options, and ensure that our customers enjoy the very best the world has to offer. And that brings us to something we all might take for granted: the microwave oven.

After trying out many different types of ovens from the top names in microwave technology, our team finally settled on the GE Advantium Oven for all cur-rent and future coaches. This culinary appliance is a modern marvel, and many of our coach owners don’t even realize how incredible it is!

If you’re like us, you remember microwave ovens be-ing only useful if you wanted to reheat food quickly,

make some popcorn, or maybe defrost the chick-en you forgot to thaw for dinner. Microwave ovens are used as a convenience and a last resort, but oh how the times have changed! This Advantium Oven, which we’ve heard is the best appliance GE has ever made, can do so many things that old microwave ov-ens couldn’t.

Can it still pop popcorn and heat up leftovers? Yes. But it also has over 175 preprogrammed menu se-lections and a custom recipe saver that allows your food to cook perfectly without fail. From chicken to rice, potatoes to sandwiches, fish to vegetables, the menu selections optimize the heat and cooking time for that particular meal, making it almost impossible to ruin dinner!
