I trained for 1-2 hours a day 6 days a week
Singles or 1 vs 1 are fought in 1 minute
rounds with a 1 minute break between the
rounds. Fighters usually fight 2 or 3 times
to determine a winner.
To get an idea of how hard this can be
everyone stand up.
