Partner with the U.S. Army Selected as RCI partner for Forts Meade, Bragg,
Polk, Rucker, Riley, Sill and Aberdeen to own, develop, redevelop, operate, maintain, and manage family housing for 50 years
Assumed operations for housing in 2002 at Fort Meade, Maryland.
Hired more than 550 local employees at six installations
End-state will be 25,000 new and renovated homes
