members of the program. ARC Mercer’s drama program is a "course that seeks to honor and celebrate the individual, transcending the label of disability is

committed to erasing the stigma of labels in order to allow audiences to see that true talent has no boundaries." (ARC Mercer). We have been very excited to

explore the challenges of speaking truth to power in this iconic show that spans fifty years of performance and history.

WHO’S WHO IN THE CAST

CASEY ACKERMAN (Mary/Apostle) is beyond excited to be playing Mary and an apostle in Jesus Christ Superstar! Casey is a Junior vocal music education major and this is her fourth show with Lyric Theatre! She cannot be more thankful for all of the wonderful experiences and opportunities she has had with Lyric Theatre. She would like to thank everyone involved with Jesus Christ Superstar for their hard work and allowing her to be a part of such a wonder-ful production!

LARA BECKER (Annas/Ensemble) is a junior at TCNJ and is so excited to be in her second fall show with Lyric Theatre! She would like to thank Jen, Stef, Kaitlin, An-drew and the entire cast and crew for being so dedicated to making this show amazing! Break legs everyone!

CELESTE BIAER (Ensemble) Not only is Celeste Biaer an actor, she can also shred the drums. She has been a part of the Arc family for over two decades and has grown to be a strong willed individual who faces fear head on. Hailing from Trenton, Celeste has an extensive family, including her husband Scott.

EBONY BYNUM (Ensemble) has a passion for both singing and acting. But more importantly, she is a professional artist. Ebony’s paintings have been featured in multiple art shows throughout NJ selling a few along the way. She is ultra-positive and has a smile that can brighten a room.

SOFIA CARTAGENA (Soul Girl/Apostle) is so excited to be joining Lyric this year! Throughout this JCS journey she has cre-ated long lasting memories and is grateful to be apart of this wonderful production! Huge shout out to her family and friends for all of their love and support <3

EISA MARIE CASACLANG (Ensemble) is excited to be in her second semester of Lyric Theatre and her first fall musical! It was a thought-provoking and emotionally gratifying project to be a part of. She would like to thank everybody involved in making this show happen and her loved ones for showing their support.

DYLAN CATANIA (Priest 1/Ensemble) was hooked into theatre his junior year of high school. He is proudest of his portrayal of Gomez Addams in The Addams Family Musical, Mortimer Brewster in Arsenic and Old Lace, and Trevor Graydon in Thorough-ly Modern Millie, for which he received a National Youth Arts Award Nomination.

JULIA CORSO (Pilate/Apostle), is a senior Music B.A./Communications double major and is so happy to be performing with Lyric yet again in JCS! She has been with Lyric onstage and off since freshman year, performing in 1776, Sunday, Urinetown, and Trifles. So much love and thanks to this cast, production team, family, and friends.for music.

PETER CORSO (Priest 3/Ensemble), is thrilled to be involved in his first ever Lyric Theatre production as a freshman at TCNJ. He has been in high school productions of Into the Woods (Baker), and Curtains (Lt. Cioffi). Peter also performed with the 2018 NJ All-State Chorus and the 2019 NJ North I Region Honor Chorus. He would like to thank Prof. Little, Steph, and everyone else who worked so hard to put this outstanding production together!

AMANDA DESTEFANO (Simon/Apostle) Amanda DeStefano, a junior Deaf Educa-tion/English major, is thrilled to be making her Lyric Theatre debut as Simon the Zealot! Amanda was involved in the performing arts throughout high school, and has continued her performing arts involvement at TCNJ with her acapella group, iTunes. Amanda would like to thank everyone in Lyric for making her feel so welcome!

FELICIA DEVINE (Ensemble) was born on September 14th, 1974. She is from Hazlet, NJ, in Monmouth County. Felicia has a boyfriend, two brothers, and three sisters. She is the youngest in her family. In Felicia’s spare time, she enjoys bowling, taking walks, going to the movies, attending church, and going to the ocean.

HATEM EL-ATTAR (Ensemble) was born in Egypt and relocated with his family to the US at a very young age. He has shown his artistic range by performing songs in

our annual talent show in both Arabic and Spanish. He currently works with both the Arc’s Transportation and Maintenance departments.

TERESA FOLAN (Peter/Soul Girl/Apostle) is thrilled to be with Lyric this semester! A freshman from Parsippany, NJ, Teresa is an ECE/Spanish major, WGSS minor, and working towards her master’s in SPED. Credits: 42nd Street (Dorothy Brock) and The Drowsy Chaperone (The Drowsy Chap-erone). Love to la familia!

KORDELL FORREST (King Herod/En-semble) is a junior and this is his 3rd show with lyric theater. He’s beyond thrilled to be playing Herod and to get a chance to perform with the entire cast and crew.

JAYDEN FUSCO (Priest 2/Ensemble) is very excited to be in Lyric Theater for his first college show! Some of his roles are Prentiss (Peter and the Star Catcher), Jay (Lost in Yonkers), Emcee (Chicago), Ralph Sheldrake (White Christmas), and Specs (Newsies) to name a few! He would like to thank his friends and family for everything they do! And a special thanks to Lyric cast and family for helping him make an easy transition to college!

CASEY HENDRICKSON (Marketing Coordinator/Apostle) is a senior communica-tion studies major and public health minor. She is incredibly grateful for the opportu-nity to be both the marketing coordinator and an apostle for this production. She’d like to thank her family and friends for all of their support throughout this process. Enjoy the show!

LANA HOLGADO (Jesus Christ), feels so privileged to be playing Jesus in her final Lyric Musical. Favorite roles include Little Sally (Urinetown) and Andrew McNair (1776 ). She is a senior music Major and professional Polynesian dancer for Paradise Island Entertainment. Big thanks to Jen, Stef, Kaitlin, Maureen, and the Lyric entire cast and crew for believing in me all these years.

MIA INGUI (Jesus Christ) is humbled and honored to be playing Jesus in JCS and is so grateful to have this last theatrical experience before she graduates in Decem-ber. A thank you to her friends and family for their constant love, and to Jen, Stef, and Kaitlyn for giving her this opportunity of a lifetime.

PATRICE ELANA JETTER (Apostle), This is her second show at TCNJ. Last year she played a cop in Urinetown. She’s been acting for over 20 years. Offstage she’s a School Crossing Guard for Hamilton Township, an awesome artist, loves her model trains, and does figure skating in the Special Olympics.

TARA MILD (Mary/Apostle) Jesus Christ Superstar is Tara’s 3rd production with Lyric Theatre, and she is so excited to be playing Mary Magdalene! Tara would like to thank Jen, Stef, Kaitlin, and Maureen for all their dedication and hard work, and her friends and family for their constant support!

JADE NEAL (Peter/Apostle) is a senior international studies major who is thrilled to be playing Peter and an Apostle in her last TCNJ fall show! She has done theater throughout her life with roles big and small. She also has professional performance experience. However, working with Jennifer Little has been the most informative expe-rience yet ! She hopes you’ll enjoy and learn from the show!

EMILY OBENAUER (Pilate/Apostle) is a sophomore Music Education major and she is thrilled to be in her first Lyric Theater Mainstage production! Emily would like to thank her family and friends for their everlasting support, as well as Jen, Stefanie, and Kaitlin for their dedication to this production.

LAUREN PETITE (Judas/Apostle) is ecstatic to be performing in her second fall show with TCNJ Lyric Theater. She would like to thank Jen, Steph, Kaitlin and Andrew for giving her this opportunity and dealing with her awful jokes along the way. She wishes her fellow castmates a great performance. WHO’S WHO IN THE CAST

JOSEPH RIPPERT (Judas/Apostle), is currently a junior music education major with a concentration in voice at TCNJ. He has been a member of Lyric Theatre since Fall of 2017, and this is his 5th produc-tion! He is extremely excited to be playing Judas, and would like to thank his family and friends for their support!

LIANE RUSSELL (Apostle), is a senior psychology major who wishes she found Lyric sooner. This show has been a blast and she hopes the audience shares her love of it! To Jen, Stefanie, Kaitlyn, and the entire cast, thank you all for helping me rediscover my love of being on stage!

MICHAEL SCRAFT (King Herod/Ensemble) has been with TCNJ Lyric Theatre for 3 years now. He is a junior and an English Secondary Education major. Michael is currently involved in the TCNJ Outdoors club and sits on the eboard as their rock climbing representative.

CLAUDIA STEWART (Ensemble) Since joining the Arc Mercer Drama Program six years ago, Claudia Stewart has developed a genuine love for live performance. She has been in almost every show presented by the program, writing her own skits along with her peers. Claudia also did a very memo-rable rendition of the balcony scene from Romeo & Juliet.

HUDSON WALLER (Caiaphas) is excited to be in his second production with Lyric Theatre, after previously appearing with them in Speed Dating Tonight. A sophomore Special/Elementary Education student, Hudson has previously performed as Tom Collins (Rent), Jack (Into the Woods), Will (American Idiot), and Kenick-ie (Grease). He would like to thank his family and friends for all their support.

AMY SCHROEDER (Soul Girl/Apostle/Dance Captain) makes her Lyric Theatre debut as a Sophomore. She trained at Elea-nor Connell School of Dance for thirteen years. In High School, she performed with and choreographed for Show Kids Invita-tional Theatre. Her favorite roles include The Witch (Into the Woods) and Mrs. Brill (Mary Poppins).

LISA WILSON BUECHNER (Costume Assistant) is excited to be working with Lyric Theatre for a third year after working on Sunday in the Park with George and Uri-netown. Lisa’s costume career began in her teens as a fit model. Prior to working with Lyric Theatre she was a costume assistant at Rider University.

EVELYN CALDWELL (Graphic Design) is a Washington State University student and multimedia designer experienced in photo manipulation, editorial design, logo design, motion graphics, and video editing. She enjoyed working on market-ing materials for this production and is thankful for the opportunity!

KAITLIN DAVIS (Choreographer) Kaitlin Davis is thrilled to be working again with the fantastic students and creative team of Lyric Theatre. Prior credits include Thoroughly Modern Millie, Hair-spray, Brigadoon, and Urinetown. Love to Mom, Dad, George, and Ben, and thank you to Jen and Stef for the opportunity to collaborate!

DANIELLE HECHT (Assistant Director) is honored to be a part of this wonderful production! She has previously been in All College Theatre’s productions of She Kills Monster (Tilly) and There Shall Be No Bottom (Fanny). She would like to thank her friends and family for supporting her and Jen for giving her this wonderful opportunity!

MAUREEN HEFFERNAN (Acting Coach) is a professor at TCNJ for the School of the Arts and Communication, as well as the Director of Young Audi-ences New Jersey, a diverse arts education programs for adolescents. She also ran the Emerging Artists Creativity Hub, a Saturday program at TCNJ designed for teen artists. Most recently, she directed the highly successful Always Patsy Cline at the Florida Repertory Theatre in Fort Myers, Florida.

ANDREW DIAZ (Stage Manager) A recent graduate of Rowan University, Andrew is thrilled to be joining the Lyric family for his favorite show, Jesus Christ

Superstar. Andrew wants to thank every-one involved with Lyric for welcoming him into this process with open arms. Break legs everyone! You deserve it!

SUSAN WILSON LEUNG (Costumer) began her career as a costume designer at Rider University. She has designed over 100 productions for colleges, opera com-panies, community theatre groups, and dance ensembles. Her costumes appeared most recently onstage at TCNJ in Urine-town and Sunday in the Park with George.

JENNIFER LITTLE (Director/Producer) Jennifer spent over 15 years as a profession-al actress, performing on Broadway with such luminaries as Harold Prince; and in film and television. Her directing credits include “Macbeth,” “Company,” “Wom-en of Lockerbie,” “Man of La Mancha,” “Urinetown,” and many others. She is the co-founder of SOS, a social justice theatre company. She has been TCNJ’s Lyric The-atre Producer/Director for five seasons.

AIDEN MITCHELL (Lighting Design) is excited to present his first lighting design at The College of New Jersey! He is a recent graduate of Montclair State Uni-versity from East Brunswick, New Jersey. Other works of his include Luna (2019), Spamalot (2019), The Mystery of Edwin Drood (2018), In the Red and Brown Water (2018), and Ami Brabson’s Phenomenal Women (2018).

KEVIN POTUCEK (Sound Design), with a degree in Theater Production, has held many positions including; Theater Man-ager, Technical Director, Scenic Designer, Lighting Designer and Sound Designer. Recent Sound Designs include; Little Shop of Horrors, Sunday in the Park with George, Hunchback of Notre Dame, The Little Mer-maid, Godspell, Hairspray, and Curtains.

DALE SIMON (Scenic Design/Technical Director) has been an actor, director, and designer in the area for many years. He is on staff at the College of New Jersey serving as the Theater Manager of TCNJ’s Kendall Performing Arts Center and the Technical Director of college productions. As an actor Dale was seen last summer

playing that lovable rogue Sir John Falstaff in Shakespeare70’s production of Merry Wives of Windsor & King Duncan at MC-CC’s Kelsey Theater.

ALINA STOUT (Special Effects Makeup) is currently a student at Makeup Designo-ry in New York City. Previously, she has done makeup for many shows such as Nine To Five in 2017, Sister Act in 2018, and Bring It On in 2019. She has been doing makeup for events and shows since 2016-present.

HANNAH STRATTON (Assistant Stage Manager) is a freshman at TCNJ study-ing vocal music. She has previously been involved in several musical productions, including Footloose, Mamma Mia, and Heathers. Hannah is so excited to be a part of Lyric Theatre, and she wishes the cast good luck!

STEFANIE WATSON (Music Director) Stefanie has been involved in many Lyric Theatre productions in various roles, in-cluding conducting/playing John Hancock in 1776, and most recently music directing Urinetown & Speed Dating Tonight. She is a staff pianist and adjunct professor at TCNJ, and accompanies many area choirs. Much gratitude to the supportive and talented cast and crew!
