How we Organise the « Departure »

• Our district will contact the representative of another Rotary District to organize

• A statement is made to all clubs for the distribution of information among members giving all details of the trip, such as dates, country, district, number of couples or members, primary language, estimated cost (normally very advantageous “airplane tickets and insurance "), etc..

• A preliminary registration form is sent to clubs which distribute among the members. An end date will be set!

• Having more entries than places available (as determined by the district receiving), a selection will be made.

• Once the group is complete, some instructions and meetings will be organized to prepare the journey in order to better enjoy.

• When returning, friendly workshops will take place.
