The product consists of mixed metal oxides fused in a glass matrix. It can be supplied in powder or slurry form. It offers a high level of absorption across the 200-400 nanometre band and is therefore effective against UV- A, UV-B and UV-C radiation. UviGuard is highly transparent, thus providing superior clarity compared against even the finest particle size TiO 2 or zinc oxide.
