THREE SAMPLE DAY MEALS

Day One
Breakfast: cucumber, egg, tomato dish with coffee and diabetic sugar
Lunch: beans and salad (lettuce, carrot and cabbage)
Dinner: rice, boiled fish and milkSnack: bread and cheese
Day Two
