SOLUTIONS MADE EASY” which means vehicle lifting is now completely

redefined with a German partnership. Now in India for the first time! IME-AUTOLIFT, a brand well known in Germany for many years have been

in the manufacture of car lifts, truck lifts and train lift for more than 30 years. The

company has its Head office at Salzburg / Austria and manufacturing base in

Germany and Hungary. IME-Auto lift has sold more than 10000 machines in

Europe since the year 2004 when they first invented the concept. Now Auto-lift

GmbH and Sundar Enterprises are jointly producing these machines in India

with most of the critical parts being imported from Germany.

The idea behind the invention of these machines is that a single person can

now handle the whole Garage by using various attachments for lifting, removing

the engine, suspension repair, Strut repair, exhaust repair, tyre shop, brake

• Normally moving a vehicle from the yard to a Bay is very difficult but with our Mobile lifts the Insurance survey could be done at the open yard.

• Insurance survey affects the Bay productivity

• While using mobile lifts number of persons attending the job is drastically reduced

• Normally an accident car is inspected at least three times before a work order is released

• Hence handling cost is much lesser than moving the car to the bay lift.

• Quite often Thunder Profimaster lifts are carried on a pick up van to the customer's place and with the help of generator or Home electric line, most of the repairs are carried out on the spot.

| | Comparisons with Hydraulic Floor Jack

Why shouldn't we compare it with a regular Hydraulic jack ?

• Hydraulic jacks are comparatively very slow.

• Failure of hydraulic jacks are high due to frequent oil leak and hence it is unsafe.

• The placement of mechanical stands is very essential even for external repair on the car because if suddenly the oil seals of the jack fail then the vehicle tends to slip down while wheels are removed.

• Under chassis rust preventive painting like 3M coating gets damaged due to the placement of these jacks and the purpose of the coating is not achieved. But this does not happen with Thunder Profimaster because we always lift on the sill.

• If hydraulic lifts are not carefully placed then, during lifting it could crush the fuel lines and brake fluid lines. This happens because the jack is placed directly underneath the platform.

• Hydraulic jack can lift only one wheel at a time but a Thunder Profimaster lift can lift both the wheels at a time. Hence productivity is very high and strain on operator is almost nothing.

Why does the vehicle not turn over when lifting it with the THUNDER PROFIMASTER?

• The vehicle is shown by the force F representing its weight.

• The force F will remain vertical as the vehicle gradually inclines.

• On the other side is the point of rotation R.

• While the vehicle is inclining, the distance ‘d’ between ‘F’ and ‘R’ decreases.

• Until this distance ‘d’ doesn’t reach zero or turn negative, the vehicle WILL NOT TURN OVER.

• This will NEVER happen with the THUNDER PROFIMASTER

• PLEASE NOTE, THE WEIGHT OF THE VEHICLE FALLS ALWAYS ON THE MACHINE AND NOT AT POINT ‘R’ BECAUSE THE ANGLE OF TILT IS LESS THAN 45 DEGREES WHICH MEANS THAT THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO STRAIN ON WHEELS WHICH REST ON THE GROUND.
