Teacher Notes

We have had a busy week! In math, we are wrapping up Topic 1 on Place Value. Friday will be the first math test. In social studies, the students have continued learning about the migration of people into North America. This test will be on Tuesday. In science, students are finishing their investigation of pendulums by graphing their data. In ELA, the students have been learning new vocabulary words, what subjects and predicates are, and how to make inferences. Please continue your student’s learning at home by asking them about these topics!

The Emmons School Foster Grandparent Program is beginning this year at Emmons! Please see the flyer for information. We are looking forward to getting this started!
