NOTICE OF DRAFT RESOLUTIONS(Pursuant to PU Code § 311(g))

(UPDATED) - The Energy Division has prepared Resolution E-4561 for the February 13, 2013 Commission Meeting.   Approve without modification SDG&E’s request to (1) create the new “Net Energy Metering Application for Interconnection for Customers with Solar and/or Wind Only Electric Generating Facilities Greater than 30 Kilowatts Up to 1,000 Kilowatts,” (2) modify the “Net Energy Metering Application and Interconnection Agreement for Customers with Solar and/or Wind Generating Facilities of 30 Kilowatts or Less,” and (3) modify the “Interconnection Agreement for Net Energy Metering Renewable Electric Generating Facilities.”   Notice of this draft has been sent to parties in the service list.

NOTICE TO DAILY CALENDARON THE REVISED DRAFT RESOLUTION L-436

Legal Division has recommended a one meeting hold on the above agenda item, currently scheduled for the January 24, 2013 Commission meeting.  The agenda item may be considered at the February 13, 2013 Commission meeting.

The Legal Division has made this recommendation to allow sufficient time to take the following steps to address concerns raised in parties’ comments, namely:

(1) to narrow the current draft resolution to address only (a) the release of Commission-prepared reports and correspondence relating to Commission safety and reliability audits, inspections, and infrastructure incident investigations; correspondence responsive to such Commission-prepared reports and correspondence; mobile home park natural gas system and propane operator annual safety reports and Commission inspection records; and annual reports filed by gas operators with the United States Department of Transportation Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration; and (b) workshops exploring the nature and treatment of safety-related records utilities and other regulated entities provide to the Commission; and

(2) to defer to a separate Commission rulemaking the remainder of the issues addressed in the current draft resolution.

The Administrative Services Division has prepared Resolution M-4824 for the February 13, 2013 Commission Meeting. The fee levels set by this resolution for passenger vehicle operators, vessel operators, commercial air operators and pipeline corporations are unchanged from the fee levels set for fiscal year 2012-13. The fee level set for the railroad corporations reflect a $146,000 increase from the level set for fiscal year 2012-13 primarily due to the impact of an approved Budget Change Proposal adding positions to the Rail section.
