Khng lm h hng b thn bm ga. iu ny c th lm cho s vn hnh ca bm ga khng chnh xc.

Khi kim tra h thng PGM-FI phi lun thc hin theo cc bc trong bng tm kim h hng.

H thng PGM-FI c cung cp chc nng an ton t kh nng vn hnh ti thiu khi c bt k vn no trong h thng. khi c bt k s khc thng no c pht hin bi chc nng t chn on, kh nng vn hnh ny t c bng cch dung nhng gi tr xc nh c ci t trong chng trnh. 3. DNG TH N MIL

M li c th c bi dng th nhp nhy ca n MIL.

Trong trng hp ECM khng pht hin ra bt k vn no trong lc hot ng, khi xoay cha kha ON, n MIL sng trong vi giy sau ri tt.Trong trng hp ECM pht hin ra vn , khi cha kha bt ON th n MIL sng trong vi giy v tt, sau n MIL nhp nhy hin th m li no .

n MIL c 2 loi nhp nhy l nhp nhy di v nhp nhy ngn. Nhp nhy di khong 1,3 giy, nhp nhy ngn khong 0,3 giy. Mt nhp nhy di bng 10 nhp nhy ngn. V d khi c 2 nhy di km theo 5 nhy ngn th m li l 25 (2 nhy di=20 nhy cng them 5 nhy ngn)n MIL s nhp nhy khi cha kha bt ON hay tc ng c di 2200 vng/pht. Trong bt k iu kin no khc n MIL s sng v gi trng thi ON.

Nu n MIL khng sng hay gi trng thi sng khi bt cha kha sang ON th xem xt mch n MIL.

4. CHC NNG AN TON

H thng PGM-FI c cung cp chc nng an ton m bo kh nng vn hnh ti thiu khi c bt k vn no trong h thng. Khi c bt k s khc thng no c pht hin bi chc nng t chn on, kh nng vn hnh c duy tr bi gi tr c lp trnh trc trong chng trnh. Khi c bt k s khc thng no c pht hin kim phun hay cm bin v tr trc khuu (CKP) chc nng an ton s ngng ng c bo v ng c.

Khi cha kho bt ON, n MIL s sng trong vi giy sau tt, Nu n MIL sng hay nhp nhy th ch n MIL nhp nhy bao nhiu ln v xc nh nguyn nhn ca vn .

6. M li c lu trong b nh c xa nu n MIL tt v bt u nhp nhy.( th xa thnh cng) Gic DLC phi c ni tt khi n vn sng. Nu khng n MIL s tt v gi trng thi sng ( th xa khng thnh cng). Trong trng hp ny xoay cha kha sang OFF v thc hin li t bc 3.

Ch liu trong b nh t chn on khng c xa nu tt cng tt my trc khi n MIL bt u nhp nhy.

A. H THNG PGM-FI.

I. NHNG THNH PHN CA H THNG.

Model ny s dng h thng PGM-FI (Programmed Fuel Injection) thay cho h thng s dng b ch ha kh truyn thng. H thng ny bao gm: kim phun, bm ga, ECM, bm xng, b cm bin (cm bin MAP, IAT, TP), cm bin CKP, cm bin ECT, cm bin O2 v IACV.

1. S VN HNH C BN T TC CM CHNG N TC CAO.

a. S VN HNH C BN.

B ch ha kh v h thng PGM-FI iu khin cng sut ca ng c bng cch iu chnh th tch hn hp xng/khng kh c a vo trong ng c bng cch ng/m bm ga. C hai loi c thit k cung cp t l khng kh nhin liu ph thuc vo th tch khng kh i vo.

b. S VN HNH C BN CA B CH HA KH.

2. S LM GIU NHIN CHO VIC KHI NG LNH.

3. S LM GIU NHIN LIU CHO VIC TNG TC NHANH.

Khi bm ga b m t ngt, ECM iu chnh lng nhin liu theo in p ng ra ca cm bin TP, ph thuc vo iu kin hot ng ca ng c, kim phun c m lu hn phun nhiu nhin liu hn vo trong xylanh, to ra t l l tng.

4. CT NHIN LIU KHI PHANH BNG NG C.

Khi bm ga ng v phanh bng ng c c s dng, ng c thiu khng kh np. Kt qu l s mt la xy ra, hn hp khng chy c thi ra ngoi khng kh.

Khi bm ga ng hon ton v phanh bng ng c c s dng, p sut chn khng trong ng ng np tng ln. V khi lng khng kh nh hn nhin liu nn nhiu khng kh c ht vo trong ng np v t l nhin liu khng kh khng ng, kt qu l b la.

Van ct khng kh bng cch ng mch khng kh cm chng/tc thp ngn mt la, kt qu l hn hp khng chy ht thi ra ngoi khng kh.

b. Gim tc vi PGM-FI.

Khi bm ga ng v phanh ng c c s dng, ECM pht hin bm ga dng hon ton theo tn hiu cm bin TP v cm bin CKP. ECM ct ngun nhin liu n xylanh bng cch t thi gian phun nhin liu v khng, ngn nhin liu cha chy ht thi ra ngoi khng kh trnh tiu hao nhin liu.III. MCH IN H THNG IU KHIN PGM FI.

ECM iu khin iu kin vn hnh ca ng c bng cch vn hnh nhng b phn nh kim phun v bm xng ph thuc vo tn hiu t cm bin.

1. IU KHIN KHONG THI GIAN PHUN NHIN LIU/ 2 BN CHNG TRNH CA H THNG.

Khong thi gian phun nhin liu c bn c tnh theo tc ng c v lng khng kh np, m n c o bi in p ng ra ca cm bin TP, MAP, CKP.

N s dng hai loi bn chng trnh ca h thng iu chnh khong thi gian phun nhin liu:loi speed-density mapc s dng cho m bm ga nh/p sut chan khng trong ng ng np ln, loi speed-throttle map c s dng cho m bm ga ln/p sut chn khng ng ng np nh.

Bn chng trnh ca h thng c iu chnh cho ng c, h thng np v thi m c kt hp vi xe my. Vic thay th bt k b phn no ca ng c, h thng np v thi bng bt k b phn no khng c thit k cho loi xe my ny s gy li.

a. M BM GA NH/P SUT CHN KHNG TRONG NG NG NP CAO.

Thi gian phun c bn dc tnh bi bn speed density m p sut chn khng trong ng ng np c pht hin b cm bin MAP v tc s ng c c pht hin bi cm bin CKP.

b. M BM GA LN/ P SUT CHN KHNG NG NG NP NH.

Khong thi gian phun c bn c tnh bi bn speed throttle m v tr cnh bm ga c pht hin bi cm bin TP v tc ng c c pht hin bi cm bin CKP.

IV. VAI TR CA MI CM BIN.

Mi cm bin cung cp thng tin cho ECM bng cch chuyn nhng thng tin vt l nh nhit v p sut thnahf tn hiu in.

1. CM BIN.

C hai loi ng ra ca cm bin: mt loi chuyn s thay i in p thnh s thay i in p, mt loi khc cung cp in p hay cng dng in ca chnh n.

a. HIU IN TH NG RA CA CM BIN.

Minh ha s bn di, hai in tr chia in p ngun thnh khi ni vi ngun trong dy.

Khi in tr A v B c cng gi tr in tr, in p ngun s c chia thnh phn bng nhau. Khi mt trong s chng c gi tr in tr ln hn ci kia th chng c in p ri ln hn.

Cm bin ECT v cm bin IAT s dng nguyn l ny.

ECM nhn c thng tin thay i vt l (thay i ca nhit , p sut) bng s thay i in p bng cch c n 2 u ca in tr B (in tr A: in tr c nh, in tr B: bin tr m n phn ng vi s thay i vt l).

V d: in p ngun l 5V, gi tr in tr A l 1.5k, gi tr in tr B l 2.5k, in p o c im C l 3.125V nh hnh bn di. Nu in tr B l 0.1k th gi tr in p o c C l 0.3125V.

2. CM BIN CKP.

Cm bin CKP xc nh tc ng c v gc ca trc khuu.

Cm bin CKP bao gm nhng t tr trn bnh (9 mu) v b cm bin c cu to t nam chm vnh cu v cun dy.

Khi t tr ct ngang cm bin CKP khi truch khuu quay, lm thay i ng t thng trong cun dy. Cm bin CKP nhn bit s thay i ny bng cch chuyn i chng thnh s thay i in p v gi xung in p n ECM (9 xung trn mt vng quay).

Ph thuc in p ng ra, ECM iu khin nh sau:

Xc nh thi im phun nhin liu.

Xc nh khong thi gian phun c bn ( vi cm bin TP v cm bin MAP).

Ct ng cung cp nhin liu khi gim tc (cm bin TP).

Xc nh thi im nh la.

3. CM BIN TP

Cm bin TP xc nh m bm ga

Cm bin TP bao gm mt bin tr t trn cng mt trc vi cnh bm ga v tip im dch chuyn trn bin tr tng ng vi cnh bm ga.

Cm bin TP xc nh s thay i ca tip im ng b vi s dch chuyn ca cnh bm ga bng cch chuyn chng thnh s thay i in tr. in p ng vo t ECM n c iu chnh bi s thay i in tr ny v quay tr li ECM.

4. CM BIN MAP. Cm bin MAP xc nh s thay i p sut chn khng trong ng ng np.

Cm bin MAP bao gm: thit b cm nhn p sut (mng silicon) n thay i in tr khi c p sut tc dng ln n, v b khuch i khuch i s thay i in p rt nh.

Ng ra ca cm bin MAP l s thay i ca p sut chn khng c bin i thnh s thay i ca in tr v khuch i chng ln. Ng vo ca ECM l gi tr c chuyn thnh s thay i in p.

Cm bin ECT xc nh nhit nc lm mt ng c.

Cm bin ECT bao gm nhit in tr m in tr thay i theo s thay i nhit .

Cm bin ECT xc nh nhit nc lm mt ca ng c bng cch chuyn chng thnh s thay i gi tr in tr ca nhit in tr. ECM nhn tn hiu ng ra ca cm bin nh s thay i in p.

6. CM BIN IAT

Cm bin IAT xc nh nhit kh np vo ng c.

Cm bin IAT bao gm mt nhit in tr m n thay i gi tr in tr theo s thay i nhit .

Cm bin IAT xc nh s thay i nhit kh np bng cch bin i chng thnh s thay i ca gi tr in tr. Ng vo ca ECM bin i gi tr in tr thnh in p.

Ph thuc vo in p ng ra. ECM xc nh khong thi gian phun nhin liu theo nhit kh np.

7. CM BIN O2 Cm bin O2 xc nh lng oxi c trong kh thi.

Cm bin O2 gao gm ng hnh tr, c m mt lp zirconia. Bn trong tip xc kh tri, bn ngoi tip xc vi kh thi.

Thit b zirconia to ra mt sc in ng bi s khc nhau gia nng oxi gia khng kh v kh thi mt nhit xc nh.

Cm bin oxi xc nh nng oxi c trong kh thi bng cch o sc in ng. ECM nhn gi tr in p.

in p ng ra ca cm bin Oxi khong 0V khi s chch lch nng oxi gia khng kh v kh thi rt nh (khi t l khng kh/nhin liu ngho), khong 1V khi chnh lch ln (tie l khng kh/ nhin liu l giu).

Ph thuc vo in p ng ra, ECM xc nh khong thi gian phun nhin liu tng ng vi nng oxi c trong kh thi.

8. KIM PHUN

a. Tm tt

Kim phun l mt van in t m bao gm van kim, cun dy in t, l xo v lc.

Nhin liu c nn mt p sut khng i (294 kPa (3 kgf/cm2, 43 psi) c cung cp n kim phun.n phun mt lng nhin liu chnh xc t cm chng n tc ng c ln nht.

Kim phun ng hon ton hay m hon ton vi hnh trnh c nh. Lng nhin liu c phun ra ph thc vo kim phun c gi m trong bao lu.

Cng tt my cp ngun cho kim phun. Khi ECM kch transistor iu khin th c dng i qua cun dy v kim phun m.

b. S vn hnh

Nhin liu c nn bi bm xng b chn li vi phun bi con i/van kim v van.

Khi ECM bt transistor iu khin ON, dng in i qua cun dy trong kim phun. Lc in t ca cun dy ko con /van kim ln lm nn l xo li.

Vi phun m khi con i/van kim nng ln. Nhin liu b chn vi phun i qua lc v phun vo trong ng ng gp np.

Khi ECm bt transistor iu khin OFF, dng qua cun dy b ngt. L xo ng vi phun v kt qu l vic phun chm dt.

V. H THNG BM NHIN LIU

1. Tm tt

Bm xng c t bn trong thng xng.

Bm xng ht nhin liu qua lc v truyn n kim phun.

B iu p gi cho p sut nhin liu khng i 294 kPa (3 kgf/cm2, 43 psi).

S vn hnh ca bm xng.

Khi motor quay, nhng rnh hnh cnh qut trn chu vi cnh bm to ra p sut khc nhau bi lc ma st nht, nhin liu c ht vo trong bm sau c truyn ra khi bm.

Nhin liu c ht qua lc lu thng trong motor v i qua van kim tra p sut d sau truyn qua cng np.

Khi ng c bt OFF v bm xng khng hot ng van kim tra duy tr p sut d ng c khi ng li d dng.

B iu p gi p sut nhin liu khng i nh van iu p, n m ra khi p sut nhin liu bn trong mch phun (gia bm v kim phun) cao hn p sut nht nh.

2. RELAY NGNG NG C

c ni vi cng tt my, relay ngng ng c bt ON/OFF ECM, relay bm xng v bm xng.

Khi bt cng tt my ON, dng in i qua cun dy bn trong relay ngng ng c, lc in t ca cun dy bt cng tt relay ngng ng c ON (ch khi cm bin gc ON).

ECM v relay bm xng c cp ngun t acquy qua relay ngng ng c khi cng tt relay ngng ng c l ON.

3. RELAY BM XNG

Relay bm xng dung bt ON/OFF bm xng.

Khi relay ngng ng c bt ON, ngun t acquy c cp n cun dy bn trong relay bm xng. Cun dy to ra lc n t khi ECM ni mass cho ngun v bt ON cng tt relay bm xng.

Bm xng c cp ngun t acquy qua relay ngng ng c v relay bm xng khi cng tt relay bm xng bt ON.

4. CM BIN GC

Khi mt xe c trang b b ch ha kh b , ng c t ng ngng bi v s thay i ca mc nhin liu trong bung phao v nhin liu khng c cung cp, nhng ng c trang b h thng PGM-FI s khng dng khi nhin liu c nn vn c phun.

ngng ng c trang b h thng PGM-FI khi xe b , xe c trang b cm bin gc xc nh gc ca xe. Khi xe b nghing hn 494o, n ct ngun cp n bm xng v h thng PGM-FI bng cch ct dng n relay ngng ng c.

ng tm ca con lc bn trong cm bin gc s c gi thng hang vi ng tm ca xe khi quay vng v lc ly tm tc dng ln con lc, trong khi n s b lch khi xe b v lc ly tm khng lm vic.

Khi ng tm ca con lc v ng tm ca xe b lch ln hn mt gc xc nh, cm bin gc ngng ng c bng cch ct ngun cp n relay ngng ng c.

S vn hnh ca cm bin gc.

Khi cng tt my bt ON, ngun cp qua mch latch up bt transistor iu khin relay ngng ng c ON.

Khi transistor iu khin ON, dng in t relay ngng ng c i qua transistor cm bin gc v mass. Relay ngng ng c ON.

Khi xe b nging hn 494o, nam chm trong con lc cm bin ng cng tt li g.

Khi cng tt li g ON, transistor iu khin b chuyn sang OFF, h mch gia relay ngng ng c v mass. iu ny ct ngun n bm xng v h thng PGM FI.

Khi xe b nging hn 494o, mch latch up gi cho transistor iu khin OFF thm ch khi xe c dng ln.

bt transistor iu khin ON, ci t li mch latch up bng cch bt cng tt my OFF.

VI. MCH IN IU KHIN BM XNG.

1. Khi cng tt my bt ON.

Khi cng tt my bt ON, ngun t acquy c cp n cm bin gc qua cu ch chnh (20A),cng tt my v cu ch ph (10A). Khi cm bin gc ON, dng i qua cun dy ca relay ngng ng c v relay bt ON.

Ngun t acquy cp n ECM khi relay ngng ng c bt ON. ECM iu khin relay bm xng vn hnh bm xng. Dng in i qua cun dy bm xng trong khong 2 giy v relay bt ON trong khong 2 giy v kt qu l bm xng vn hnh trong khong 2 giy.

2. TRONG QU TRNH KHI NG

Khi trc khuu quay, ECM nhn tn hiu ng vo t cm bin CKP. ECM bt ON relay bm xng vn hnh bm xng

3. KHI CNG TT MY C BT OFF.

Khi cng tt my bt OFF, s vn hnh ca bm xng ngng v ngun cp n ECM v relay bm xng b ct.

4. KHI XE B (CM BIN GC B BT OFF).

Khi xe b v cm bin gc xc nh n, relay ngng ng c OFF.

Khi relay ngng ng c OFF, s vn hnh bm xng dng v ngun cp n ECM v relay bm xng b ct.

5. KHI ECM DNG HOT NG CA BM XNG V LI CA CM BIN CKP C PHT HIN(VN HNH CHC NNG D PHNG)

Relay bm xng bt OFF v ECM ct ngun cp n cun dy relay bm xng.

VII. VAN IU KHIN CM CHNG (IACV).

1. Tm tt.

IACV bap gm ECM, motor bc, van trt v mch tt.

IACV iu chnh lng khng kh i qua bm ga bng cch vn hnh van trt tng ng vi tn hiu ng vo t ECM gi cho tc cm chng ng c gi tr xc nh 1700100 rpm

2. KHI CNG TT MY BT ON.

Khi cng tt my bt ON, ECM bt motor bc v n y van trt ti trc. Trong khi xc nh nhit nc lm mt ng c, ECM dn ng motor y van pha sau n v tr chnh xc ni m lng kh np cn thit khi ng ng c.

3. TRONG QU TRNH LM M NG C.

Khi ng c vn cn lnh, ECM iu khin v tr van trt tng lng kh np. Kt qu tc cm chng ng c c gi 1900100 rpm.

Khi ng c m, van trt hi li ti trc n v tr bnh thng. ECM gim lng kh np bng cch iu khin v tr van trt t c tc cm chng xc nh 1700100 rpm.

VIII. CHC NNG T CHN ON.

Khi cng tt my bt ON, n bo hng h thng PGM FI s sng trong vi giy,sau tt.

Khi ECM xc nh s bt thng t h thng in, n MIL nhp nhy theo chc nng t chn on ca h thng nhc nh ngi s dng v vn .

n MIL nhp nhy ch khi cng tt my bt ON vi ng c ngng hay tc ng c di 2200 vng/pht.

Li c xc nh bi chc nng t chn on nh li ngn mch hay h mch.

ECM cha m li khi vn c xc nh. Mi ln ghi, m li c lu trong b nh xa c cho n khi thc hin quy trnh xa m li.

H thng PGM FI c cung cp chc nng chy an ton duy tr kh nng vn hnh ti thiu bng cch s dng chng trnh trong ECM thm ch khi c vn vi h thng.

Khi c bt k s bt thng no trong kim phun hay cm bin v tr trc khuu, chc nng an ton ngng ng c bo v n khi nhng h hng nghim trng,

Thi gian nhp nhy miu t m li (0 29). n MIL s dng 2 loi khong thi gian nhp nhy, nhp nhy di khong 1.3 giy v nhp nhy ngn 0.3 giy.

IX. H THNG THNG HI CACTE (PCV: POSITIVE CRANKSHAFT VENTILATION)

Xe my s dng h thng PCV thng hi cacte bng cch phun khng kh. Vic thng hi cacte ngn s ng kh thot c cha xng v hi nc khi nhim bn du ng c di iu vn hnh m kt qu l nhit du ng c thp.

H thng PCV bao gm lc gi, van in t PCV v van kim tra van PCV vi van li g PCV.

Van li g PCV ngn dng kh thi h v hp lc gi.

Van in t gi tc cm chng ng c bng cch iu khin dng khng kh trong cacste ph thuc vo m bm ga v tc ng c.

ECM bo cho van in t ngt dng khng kh gi tc cm chng n nh.

Khi m bm ga v tc ng c tng ln, ECM iu khin van in t m v thng hi cacste. Van in t ng khi tc ng c t n gi tr xc nh.

X. H THNG IU KHIN KH THI (SHi)

Ngun kh thi

Qu trnh chy to ra CO, NOx v HC. iu khin HC v NOx rt quan trng, bi v di iu kin xc nh, chng phn ng to thnh khi quang ha khi b phi ra di nh nng mt tri. CO khng phn ng theo cch ny nhng n l toxic.

Cng ty Honda Motor s dng nhiu h thng khc nhau gim HC, CO v NOx .

1. H thng iu khin kh thi cacte.

H thng c trang b h thng cacte kn ngn kh thi trong cacte thi ra ngoi mi trng. Kh thot c hi v bung chy qua khoang lc gi v than bm ga. Hi nc c ngng t trong cacte c tch tr trong ng tiu nc thng hi cacte, n phi c thi ra theo chu k.

H thng iu khin kh thi c lm t h thng cung cp khng kh th cp v h thng PGM FI v khng iu chnh. H thng iu khin kh hi l tch ri h thng iu khin kh thi cacte.

2. H thng cung cp khng kh th cp.

H thng cung cp khng kh th cp m n a khng c lc vo trong kh thi ca thi. Khng kh c ko vo trong ca thi bi chc nng van in t phun khng kh th cp dng xung (PAIR: Pulse Secondary Air Injection solenoid valve).

S np khng kh ny y mnh s t chy ca kh thi cha chy ht v thay i mt lng kh HC v CO ng k thnh CO2 v hi nc.

Van kim tra PAIR ngn dng khng kh i ngc li vo h thng. Van in t PAIR c iu khin bi ECM v ng ng khng kh b ng hay m theo iu kin vn hnh.

H thng cung cp khng kh th cp khng iu chnh c, kim tra nh k nhng b phn c nhc nh.

B xc tc 3 tc dng.

Xe my ny c trang b b xc tc 3 tc dng. B xc tc 3 tc dng nm trong h thng kh thi. Qua phn ng ha hc, n chuyn HC, CO v NOx trong kh thi thnh CO2, N2 v hi nc.

Nu khng c tia la bugi th kim tra tt c cc mi ni lng hay tip xc khng tt trc khi o in p nh.
