Typically working as business partners with non-profits to provide marketing and promotional support through print media, web media, promotional videos, and logos. I work closely with one other designer to create a customized vision that drives business and attendance for non-profit events and small businesses. Additionally I offer follow up and support to social media promotions ensuring graphics and messaging are providing the most impact to their target market.

Aided in the structure and growth of two multi-million dollar educational accounts, creating a simplified onboarding and management process. Excelling in engagement and communication across all levels of employee and customer led to a migration to a corporate role in global learning and development, where I used this skill to take multiple perspectives and combine them into one aligned message. This produced a relatable and measurable implementation of today’s corporate new hire training curriculums, introducing interactive visual graphics and infographics to make dry content more engaging to the learner. 2013ǀ HR Leadership Award 2009ǀ Employee of the Year

During my time with Toys “R” Us I was rewarded with quick responsibility to design and implement various marketing events and product displays to generate additional revenue for the store. I developed new and effective seasonal staff recruiting strategies for the territory while managing all opening and closing store functions along with employee coaching and development.
