get the HOMELUX lookA unique solution to external corners for the professional look.

Our unique Glazed Ceramic Effect tiletrims have been developed to replicate thelook of high gloss tiles at a fraction of the cost whilst retaining the full characterand quality of real ceramics.

To create a perfect 3 way external corner line up the square edge tiletrim and mark off the heightlevel with the top of the horizontal surface, then cut to size. Install the tiles on the sidewall with the front edge of the tiles flush with the front wall.

Position the square edge tiletrim over the edge of the wall and level with the front of the tiles youhave just installed. You might need some grout or small tacks to hold it into position. Grout thewall and install the tiles on the front wall.

You can now measure up and mitre the round edge Glazed Ceramic Effect tiletrim to the externalfaces of the tiles. Grout the horizontal surface, install the tiletrim and then the tiles, and allow toset. Fill all the gaps with grout and wipe off with a damp cloth.

Most bathroom seals do not have sufficient flexibility in them to allow for the weight of a bath fullof water or a person in a shower tray. This is a particular problem in properties with timber floorsor where fixtures have been incorrectly fitted.

Ultra Seal expands by up to 5/8" to allow for any movement, which prevents the seal from being broken at the most important time.

This product is available as a tiling seal for use before tiling or as an after tiling seal if you havealready tiled.
