OPTIMUM Time & Attendance Management system is the most widely used system of its kind in the region. This Microsoft certified product has been designed to manage the manifold and complex processing of employees’ time and attendance data of any organization, irrespective of its size. The system efficiently records, controls, and processes employees’ attendance data with little effort as well as generates required reports with ease - all in the language of their choice; Arabic and/or English.

The OPTIMUM Time & Attendance Management is a fully-fledged system that enables the users to set up their own shifts for groups of employees and map the company’s policies into the system. Approvals for attendance-related actions can be given in a paperless environment through predefined workflows. The system finally sends the processed results to the payroll for further action.

i Clock 500

The Optimum Time Card & Attendance System uses the Optimum I Clock 500 Multimedia Fingerprint T&A Terminal for its data capture and processing. Optimum I Clock 500 uses 3.5 ubcg TFT, 65,000 Vivid Colors and high resolutions which enables the users to enjoy high visual images.

Optimum I Clock 500 is suitable for regulating and monitoring entry and exits for produ-cion reports at the end of the day. The machine has a capacity of 6000 templates and 50,000 transaction records can be kept in the machine at any given time.

The OPTIMUM iClock 680 machines are one of the most sophisticated Access Control and Time and Attendance system that can work either as a standalone unit, as a main work station, or work as a part of a full-fledged network of door access systems, card readers and alarms.

The iClock 680 machines have professional access control function such as: 50 time zones, 5 groups, 10 open door combinations, multi users entry, embedded relay contacts alarm, bell, lock etc. The Wiegand input&output enables anti-pass back.(see the drawing).

SC 402 Proximity Card T&A Terminal is a stable and reliable Proximity access control system widely used in the region.

The system has a capacity of 1500 cards and 30,000 transaction records can be kept in the machine at any given time. The records can be downloaded by USB Flash disk.

The employees’ time and attendance may be tracked by any type of data capturing machine, such as swipe cards and/or finger prints that can also be linked to door access/ main gates.

The system provides accurate and up-to-date attendance data based on the shifts of each employee. These reports will be automatically sent through the workflow and by email to the concerned managers, which can be viewed, edited and processed individually, or on the basis of a date range or department. Scheduling Management

The OPTIMUM Time and Attendance system has been designed to automate the attendance scheduling. The system provides comprehensive but user-friendly procedures for defining shift rotations and assigning schedules for each employee.

The different shift timings as laid out by the company requirements can be defined by the user. The combinations of shifts that make up one day are defined by the company procedures and requirements, and different types of shift combinations per day can be created.

The system user may assign different shift types for an employee on a rotation basis. The Rotation Group concept allows to assign a number of employees to a specific group that works on the same shift rather than having to enter the shift details for each individual employee.

The OPTIMUM Time and Attendance system records and monitors the employees’ absences during working hours. Once the daily closing is over, the managers and/or HR department can view the data regarding their employees’ absences during duty hours.

The system provides accurate and up-to-date reports of the absences during working hours, based on the shifts of each employee. Absence Monitoring

The OPTIMUM Time and Attendance system monitors and processes the absence records of all employees. Absence is recorded when the system recognizes an existing shift for a staff but no clocking is found. OPTIMUM Time and Attendance system will consider leaves and holidays upon calculating absence of an employee.

The system provides accurate and up-to-date absenteeism reports, based on the shifts of each employee. These reports will be automatically sent through the workflow and by email to the concerned managers. The management can take appropriate decisions on them on a case by case basis.

The OPTIMUM Time and Attendance system produces a full set of formatted reports in the Report Generation menu through which every single detail of the company’s employee time and attendance may be traced.

Reports may be produced for the entire company or based on filtering criteria such as em-ployee name, department, action taken authorized person etc. In all reports a date range can be specified by the user. In other words the attendance history of any employee is at the fingertip of the management. Also, reports may be generated before and after processing the data.
