DESCRIPTION
This presentation is a fully-customized program based on the expressed needs of our BPO client, one of the leading global BPO companies. We discussed for their leaders how to manage effective meetings. The participants created their email manifesto. We also did a workshop on goal setting which helped all participants gain clarity in how they, as individuals and as leaders of their team.
