Aging problem

• Communication problem persist with TOF-R crate 4!

• Problems are typical aging problem (bad contact between connectors, chips and sockets etc…)

• Decide to open Crate 4 in very bad working conditions

• Communication restored, but we lose 2 HV distributors!

Conclusion

• Control and monitoring hardware upgrade successful!

• For ION run, remote control, monitoring and data logging of HV status will be possible

• Problems: urgently needs for spare parts for CAEN HV system, TDC and QDC

• Without spare parts, the future will not be bright for ToF-LR!
