For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first. (1 Thessalonians 4:16 NKJV)

These are the things the Bible says will happen

But someone will say, "How are the dead raised up? And with what body do they come?" Foolish one, what you sow is not made alive unless it dies. And what you sow, you do not sow that body that shall be, but mere grain - perhaps wheat or some other grain. But God gives it a body as He pleases, and to each seed its own body. …. So also is the resurrection of the dead. The body is sown in corruption, it is raised in incorruption. It is sown in dishonor, it is raised in glory. It is sown in weakness, it is raised in power. It is sown a natural body, it is raised a spiritual body. There is a natural body, and there is a spiritual body. (1 Corinthians 15:35-38, 42-44 NKJV)

4. The marriage of the Lamb with

And I heard, as it were, the voice of a great multitude, as the sound of many waters and

as the sound of mighty thunderings, saying, "Alleluia! For the Lord God Omnipotent reigns! "Let us be glad and

rejoice and give Him glory, for the marriage of the Lamb has come, and His wife has made herself ready." And to her it was granted to be arrayed in

fine linen, clean and bright, for the fine linen is the righteous

acts of the saints. Then he said to me, "Write: ‘Blessed are those who are called to the

marriage supper of the Lamb!’" And he said to me, "These are

the true sayings of God." (Revelation 19:6-9 NKJV)

and be joined to his wife, and the two shall become one

flesh." This is a great mystery, but I speak concerning Christ and the church. (Ephesians
