City of Glendale commissioned an exhaus-tive study to determine the best possible wayto serve their city with mass transit solutions.Report studied busses, monorails, people-movers, mini vans and trolleys on manydifferent routes. These diagrams (from theconsultant's preferred alternative), proposeLight-rail down the center of Brand Boule-vard winning in every criterion. City di-rected LACTC to ignore these results inproposing that new LRV line go throughGlendale's brand new Redevelopment zonealong the Metro:ink rail right-of-way.
