The Fij i Electricity Authority (FEA) has evolved rapidly and plays a critical role in advancing the national economy. The FEA was established to generate,
transmit and distribuute electricity in Fiji .
Thhe FEA generates and distributes over 860 GigaWatt hours (GWh) of electrical energy in Fiji per annum. The current maximum demand of 148MegaWatts (MW) is produced from a total installed generation capacity of 200MW, 100MW of which is from m renewable sources comprising of hydro andwind. FEA has 143 km of 132kV and close to 327 km of 33kV transmission lines as well as over 7090 km of 11kV and low voltage distribution lines. TheFEA supplies electricity to some 157,000 customers in Fiji .

The Chief Information Officer (ClO) manages anddevelops tthhe Innformation and Communication Techhno logy
(ICT) SBA, pproviding technological services and advice tothe executive management Team of FEA.Key outcomes include:- The long term OPEX and CAPEX pplans for r ICT reflecting
tthhe SBA contribution to tthhe FEA Corpporate Plan .• An effective ICT SBA, managed through h the
performance management system.• Provision of ICT services that contribute to the business
of electricity system capacity and reliability.- Leadershhip of tthhe SBA A tthhat de livers a productive, safe,
healthy, motivated and environmentally aware
workforce• Introducin g and enhancing new ICT technologies to
support and ensure value adding to core business of

qualifications and demonstrate experience in managingICT in a similar organisation with h a minimum of 10 years

The Unit Leader Thermal Generation will be required tolead and manage tthhe Thermal Generation Department and
is responsible and accountable for the economical andefficieiit operation of all the FEA s Thermal GenerationPower Stations.Key outcomes include:• Leadershhip p and management of tthhe Thhermal
Generation Department and ensuring strict adherenceto work procedures;
• Eff icient operattion and maintenance of all tthhe ThermalGeneration Power Stations to ensure all the generatorsare available for operation;
