Opis nekretnine—zgrade
Zgrade su građene prije više od 90-100 godina. Na predmetnim
parcelama su izgrađena dva objekta, od kojih je jedan stambeni, a
drugi pomoćni, odnosno s obzirom na stanje je teško utvrditi

živopisno mjesto Motovun (cca 3 km)dok na zapadnu stranu pruža se
pogled na more ( udaljenost do Poreča cca 20 km). Obzirom na
nadmorsku visinu posjeda od 430 mnv i Motovuna od 277 mnv pruža se
prekrasan pogled „od gore“ na Motovun i cijeli pejzaž koji ga okružuje. je
cijelim obzorom prema zapadu vidljiva linija mora, na sjevernoj strani su
vidljive Alpe, na istoku je vidljiva Učka. Za lijepog i vedrog noćnog
vremena je vidljiv odsjaj Venecije u daljini što daje dodatan ugođaj i novu
interesantnu dimenziju.

Sa istočne strane se nalaze tri objekta koji nisu naseljeni.
Sa zapadne strane se nalazi kuća za odmor u vlasništvu lokalnog
stanovnika koja je nedavno rekonstruirana. Smještena nekih 10-ak
metara niže od posjeda ne utječe na pogled.
Na sjevernoj strani nema neposrednih susjeda već su vidljive kuće
sela Brigi na udaljenosti od cca 100 m od posjeda.
