Order Notification
GES provides confirmation of all orders placed.
Once your order has been processed at GES you will automatically receive a confirmation within 3 –5 business days. All orders placed online receive immediate confirmation.

Please note – The Grand Hall at the Hyatt Regency Atlanta IS carpeted. The aisles will be carpeted with the facilities carpet.
Electrical, Plumbing, and Internet Services
Electrical DOES NOT COME WITH YOUR PAID BOOTH SPACE. Electrical, plumbing, and internet services are provided by the Hyatt Regency Atlanta, in-house provider. Review forms for what services you will need and complete by the deadline date to receive advance pricing. Sending your complete orders in on time can save you money.

Freight
What is Material Handling (Drayage)?
It is the unloading of your exhibit materials, delivery to your booth, handling of empty containers to and from storage, and removal of your materials from your booth for reloading. Material handling charges are calculated on a per hundred lbs. weight basis.

Shipping Guidelines / Tips
Below are some guidelines to help your shipments to show site become more efficient and easy:
• Separate labels for each package
• Show name, exhibitor name, facility name, booth number, cell phone number
• Use labels provided in your Exhibitor Manual
• Remove old labels
• Make sure not to ship to the Hyatt Regency Atlanta before
Tuesday, February 17th at 12:30 PM. (Should you have your shipments arrive earlier than this
date you run the risk of your shipment being returned as the facility does not have storage space)
• Always bring your shipping information with you
• Keep tracking or pro numbers and carrier contact info

• POV shipments allowed 20 minutes to offload on Tuesday, February 17, 2015
starting at 2:00 PM and outbound on Thursday, February 19, 2015after show
close. Cartload services will be offered at a discount through GES on both
days. Note: There will be an Atlanta Police Department Traffic Officer
monitoring this area.

Advance Shipments to the Warehouse
• To ensure the maximum set up time, ship early to the warehouse
Take advantage of 30 days FREE storage at the warehouse
• Ship to arrive on or before the published deadline for warehouse receiving to avoid incurring a “late to warehouse” surcharge
• Advance dates: January 14 – February 12, 2015
• Make sure to confirm that your freight has landed
• Make sure all of your freight has been delivered to your booth when you arrive to setup.

• For a few dollars more…avoid the waiting process of unloading trucks at show site

Shipments to Showsite / Direct Freight Unload
Remember:
There will be many trucks and vehicles to be unloaded, and this process will take time to complete. Please be patient!
Please read the POV Instructions Form and Cartload Service Form in the exhibitor manual if you are bringing a POV to show site.
You must first pickup your exhibitor badge in registration prior to bringing your vehicle to the unloading area.

Empty Crate Return
•Empties are returned at the close of show. Empty return should begin at 3:30 pm and will take 1 to 1 ½ hours to return all empties.
• Color coded empty stickers by booth location.
• Cartons/boxes are returned first, after which the crates will be returned. Crate return is random, so please be patient.

Union Jurisdiction
Loading and Unloading Display Material and Equipment
• The unloading and delivery of all display material and equipment from the Hotel Loading Docks to the exhibitors' booths and loading out from the exhibitors' booths to trucks at the docks must be performed by the Official Service Contractor who has jurisdiction to deliver such service at the convention site. Please refer to SHIPPING INFORMATION for FURTHER information.
• Personally Owned Vehicles (POV's) such as cars, pick up trucks and minivans that are utilized for the unloading/loading of exhibit materials will be monitored by APPL Security and GES Freight Personnel. This will allow exhibitors the opportunity to unload quickly and safely into the exhibit area. All box trucks, straight trucks, personal trucks over one ton, trailers and bobtails or other larger vehicles not classified as a Personally Owned Vehicle, will be directed to a dock for GES freight handling.
• No Gratuities.

Install & Dismantle
Installation and Dismantle
• Atlanta is a “right-to-work” state. Exhibitors have the option of utilizing the Official Service Contractor, who provides quality union labor from the International Alliance of Theatrical and Stage Employees (IATSE) Union, or qualified display houses. Personnel from their own companies may install and dismantle displays that require only one person in less than ½ hour without the use of tools. Please refer to the EXHIBIT INSTALLATION & DISMANTLING LABOR ORDER FORM for further information.

Ordering Labor
If you need to hire labor, GES I&D services provides trained installation specialists to install, maintain and dismantle your exhibit. We are able to supply laborers on an hourly basis - with a one-hour minimum. Please order labor in advance! Why order in advance: PRICE & Availability!
• The straight time DISCOUNT rate is $93.00
per straight time hour. • The overtime DISCOUNT rate is $140.00 per overtime hour. • The double-time DISCOUNT rate is $186.00 • Onsite orders will be filled when labor is available. • Wait times are unpredictable. • Labor ordered after the discount deadline or on site is at a higher rate. Please refer to the exhibitor kit for these rates.

Ship smart; label all containers effectively, bundle your shipments to avoid multiple minimum charges
