• New Team since 2017-06

• New LifeCycle since 2017-11

• 90 requests in November

• Average: 45 requests/month, 550 requests/year

• Lowest month: 33 requests in 2018-01

• Highest month (except 1st): 65 requests in 2018-03

• Total since LifeCycle start: 370 requests

• OK but big effort

• Need to increase Request Quality: FAQ

• Today: 1 request = 1h

• Good Request = 20 min ☺, bad ones = 4h

• Goal = 30 min average

• 25 requests/week would be acceptable (1000/year)
