Why Tire Pressure Monitoring Matters

Avoiding costly downtime on commercial projects due to tire failures has neverbeen more important. Just one tire failure on your equipment can throw an entire project off schedule while adding significant costs and delays that could havebeen avoided.

In addition, maintaining proper tire pressures on your equipment will help tosignificantly increase the life of your tires, optimize the traction and performance while creating a smooth ride for the operator.

This Tire Pressure Monitoring System is designed to handlethe rigors of the harsh environments at construction sites, mines (surface andunderground), quarries and terminals/ports to provide accurate and reliable tirepressure readings on your commercial equipment.


EXTREME TIRE PROTECTION

WHEN DOWNTIME IS NOT AN OPTION!A formula designed for off-the-road vehicles that require extra protection in extreme operating conditions. The formula was designed for use by the military, landfills, quarries, construction companies companies, or any mission critical vehicle that travels less than 30 mph. The formula offers maximum protection against punctures from objects up to 1/2" in diameter. It is ideal for skid steers, scrappers, graders logging vehicles. This formula conditions casings, and extends tire life by helping tires run cooler.

• Reduces downtime and extends tire life - Prevents flats, seals multiple punctures up to 1/2" in diameter, slow leaks, vent holes, bead seats and o-ring leaks.• Will not harm tires and wheels - conditions casings and contains corrosion inhibitors that help reduce scale and corrosion buildup.• Safe to use - Non-flammable, non-hazardous, biodegradable.• Water dispersible - Washes out with plain water leaving no residue. It will not interfere with the application of boots, section or tire plug and patch repairs.• Lowers labor costs - helps with mounting and de-mounting of off-road, industrial, and agricultural tires. High heat can cause a tire to weld itself to a rim, resulting in hours of labor spent trying to break free the tire bead and ultimately resulting in damage to the tire and rim.• Suitable for all weather conditions - Specially formulated to prevent freezing at extremely low temperatures (-40 °F) and separation at high temperatures.• Available in convenient 5-gallon pails and 55-gallon drums.

CONDITIONER & BALLAST FORMULA THAT PROTECTS

TIRES PREFER TO BE COOL!

Specially formulated ballast and cooling solution that protects tires and rims of agricultural, industrial, mining, and construction equipment. A great alternative to traditional ballast liquids that are environmentally hazardous, corrosive and harmful to tires and wheels. Additionally it extends tire life by lubricating tire innerliners, helping tires run cooler, and reducing underinflation due to air loss from orings, vent holes, bead seats, and tire oxidation. This is not a puncture sealant and contains no fillers.

• Reduces rim replacement and reconditioning costs - Conditions casings and contains corrosion inhibitors that help reduce rim scale and corrosion buildup. Lowers operating and maintenance costs by reducing the need for rim and bead cleanup and reconditioning.• Water dispersible - Washes out with plain water leaving no residue. It will not interfere with the application of boots, section or tire plug and patch repairs.• Safe to use - Non-flammable, non-hazardous, biodegradable.• Lowers labor costs - Helps with mounting and de-mounting of offroad, industrial, and agricultural tires. High heat can cause a tire to weld itself to a rim, resulting in hours of labor spent trying to break free the tire bead and ultimately resulting in damage to the tire and rim.• Suitable for all weather conditions - Specially formulated to prevent freezing at low temperatures and separation at high temperatures.
