Threatened to harm Stacy if her boyfriend didnt make up the money he owned him. Unmarried- Mechanic at NAPA Auto Parts. No criminal record- cocaine/ meth dealer. Jittery during the beginning of the interview, later on opened up and was responsive. Evidence Human services business card, health card for West-Linn/Wilsonville. Partial Fingerprint on Doorknob of Bedroom Later matched to Erik Maye Evidence Cont. Fiber on Bed sheet Later identified as Human Hair belonging to Sam Axe Blue Cell Phone belonging to the Victim. Phone records were retrieved Stacy was planning to go to her aunt's. Phone Records from Sam Axe were also retrieved.
