Purpose: This SOP outlines in detail the steps taken to fully sanitize the mixers within the ParBake area.
Scope: This employee applies to all ParBake Sanitation Employees who are trained to sanitize the mixers.

1. Prep area for cleaning • Collect Cleaning Tools
• Collect Bags or Replace Stock
• Obtain/Fill Foam Machine – Hook up to air
• Obtain Water Hose
• Prep Tables
• Collect and place Spill Blocker Dikes (4-5) in appropriate area

3. Scrape all hooks until big chunks and majority of dough is removed
4. Scrape all bowls (focused mostly on outside) until all huge chunks of dough is removed

dough (Don’t focus on small pieces, as this will be removed during the scrub phase)
