In Process Check
1) 产品需在 21°C and 27°C 时进行检测 .
2) 测量时需保证尺身和手柄 180° Be sure the anvil and spindle of the micrometer are 180° apart when taking the measurement.3) 确保千分表的测量表面充分接触被测直径 Be sure the measuring surfaces of the micrometer are properly seated on the pilot diameter and not the fillet.4)

2. 用刀片千分尺测量距离，握住尺身，来回摇晃尺柄测出宽度点的最小值。
3. 转过 90度再测第二次。

4.普通直径千分尺同样可以用作测量，只要端盖法兰不干涉千分尺，步骤同 2&3.
In Process Check1) Parts must be between 21°C and 27°C during inspection process. 2) Be sure the anvil and spindle of the micrometer are 180° apart when taking the measurement.3) Be sure the measuring surfaces of the micrometer are properly seated on the pilot diameter and not the fillet.4)
