Provide a forum, via video or teleconference, for: Joint intergovernmental dialogues; Joint government/private sector dialogues.

Assist senior-level decision makers by providing a process to collect and disseminate information. Assist senior-level decision makers by providing recommendations for national-level priorities for recovery and resumption of trade, including:

Cargo priorities; Vessel priorities.
