▪We employ about 570 Production Team Members & 200 Office Team Members in Dodge Center
▪We also have a factory in Riceville, IA, a Warehouse in Lakeville, MN and Service Branches around the Country.
▪We were founded 50 years ago
▪The major skills we are looking for in our factory are: Welding, Painting, Material Handling, Machine Operations. Additionally, Quality Technicians and Supervisors

Participation in DEI Training Efforts for Dual Training Pipeline Recipients (of which we are a 3x grantee) to collaborate with other employers and learn more about DEI.
