▪We also have a factory in Riceville, IA, a Warehouse in Lakeville, MN and Service Branches around the Country.

▪ The goal of I/WE is: Reduce disparities and raise awareness of the value of and methods for increasing diversity by creating a designation to recognize and promote inclusive employers

Participation in DEI Training Efforts for Dual Training Pipeline Recipients (of which we are a 3x grantee) to collaborate with other employers and learn more about DEI.

Commercial “Power of Inclusion” training coming 2nd week of September for Leaders & open enrollment.
