homogeneous, uniform, and adheres tightly to the core wire. The process line consists of a pretreatment section, a wire preheating unit, and the coating and cooling sections. Coating thick- nesses are controlled by the preheating temperature, the level of molten metal in the nozzle, and the wire-feeding rate. There is no pollution related to rinsing waters.

Dry-Film Lubricant Dicronite of Minnesota Inc. St Paul, Minn.
Dicronite dry-film lubricant is a substitute for fluoropolymer lubricants in applications when a typical fluoro- polymer coating is too thick or when a part shouldn’t be heated to bake on a finish. Dicronite is applied without the use of heat, binders, or adhesives, and it maintains lubricity in operating envi- ronments of between -350-l,OOO°F. It bonds with the surface, not exceeding
20 millionths of an inch, and is resistant to chipping or peeling.

Titration System Sanda Corp. Philadelphia
Sanda Corp. introduces the Fully Automated Computerized Titration System (FACTS). Designed for platers, the FACTS instrument pro-
vides rapid and accurate analysis of plating solutions in one simple meas- urement. With little or no sample preparation, the FACTS unit will pro- duce reliable results automatically. In a few minutes, plating solutions can be tested for a variety of metals, total solids (to determine impurities), and many other qualities. The Sanda FACTS unit can also be put on line to achieve maximum control over the plating process. Both the manual and on-line units require no knowledge of chemistry for operation.

Attention Copper and Brass Platers.. . SUPER-Q Additive RIN Improves Appearance and Brightness
Other Quality Products
SUPER-Q liquid additive for cyanide copper and brass plating solutions greatly improves the appearance and bright- ness of plated parts over a wide range of current densities - at lower temperatures than previously possible. And, SUPER-Q contains no chemicals that promote anode corrosion. SUPER-Q offers these benefits: ??Exceptional Brightness-attractive finishes for copper
and brass ??Wide Plating Range - useful in both barrel and rack
applications ??lower Cost - low temperature operation cuts heating
requirements and reduces carbonate build-up in baths ??Reduction in Nickel Required -full brightness
achieved through fine-grained deposits . . . and it won’t interfere with your pollution control system because it contains no complexing agents.
