Salvation comes via God’s grace

Grace AND Works

• As Christians, we are expected, even commanded, to do good works, and we will be judged by what we do.

• Our works reflect what is in our hearts (like the sheep & goats).

• Salvation comes through God’s grace to remove the sins of His children through his Son.

• One can be saved without doing any good works (hypothetical example).

• That you study and follow God’s Word and only God’s Word and the principles contained therein

• That you maintain unity in God’s Word; in areas of personal opinion, respect diversity realizing that leaders may not select your preferences

• That you aggressively proclaim the Gospel both near and far

• That you and your family develop an intimate relationship with God talking often with Him in prayer

• That you constantly remember that God knows your heart and motives
