Tiva 500 Thermo - Disinfector

The Tiva 500 Washer Disinfector is an efficient aid for the cleaning and thermal disinfection of all hospital, laboratory and dental instruments. The washer is of a modern design and constructed in compliance with the guidelines indicated by the latest European Directives and Standards concerning safety and hygiene.The Tiva 500 thermo-disinfector designed for the treatment of instruments and glassware for medical establishments and laboratories. It incorporates the processes of washing and disinfecting in one single cycle. Water softener is built-in as a standard (the drying system is optional).

Construction Material

• Tiva 500 Washer Disinfectors are manufactured entirely of stainless steel with a double wall for thermo-acoustic insulation.• The inside wall surface, washing arms and filters are all manufactured from high quality stainless steel AISI 316.

Control System:

• The programs are controlled by a RS 232 port microprocessor, programmable via an interface for PC connection, and printing for cycle verification and validating washing phases.

• Temperatures are recorded and monitored by two independent fully adjustable probes up to 93ºC• The programs are clearly displayed on the control panel with acoustic signals indicating any problems or failures• Optional LCD display with programs allowing up to 20 or 40 (model Tiva500D) different combinations are memorized.

into the washing area. Powerful washing pump ensures high flow rate combined with effective spray pressure and heating element for drying, and drain pump

• Triple water filtering system captures residue preventing re-circulation and extending the pump life (model Tiva500D)

• Built-in water softener included • Automatic door locking during all washing cycles• Connection to hot, cold and de-mineralized water• 2 automatic standard detergent and chemical additive dispensers

with space for up to 2 additional dispensers (optional)

Additional Features for Tiva 500DRSD: • Filtered HEPA forced air drying system with adjustable time and

temperature setting. This helps to ensure that all the surgical instruments and tubes will be completely dry, inside and outside.

• Two levels wide detergent compartment to store up to four 5 lt. chemical containers

• Compartment for storage of chemical additive (model Tiva 500DRSD)
