LOSS v s. BENEFIT We quantified losses from reviewing historic software and cloud services customers billing data. In the majority of cases we
found revenue losses range from 3-7%. Losses that could have been avoided with adequate management throughout the billing
cycle. Adequate nurturing of customers through reminder and follow-up calls resulted in approximate 14% increase in revenue.
In many cases customer disputes where resolved which may have resulted in discontinuation of service. When we identified

integrated with an off-site back-up facility that provides access to impound and outbound calling in the event that Stratus’s
primary location was to become inoperable.
