Ready for the Road

The FlexiLite™ minibus has been designed with the needs of education, healthcare, social and community transport providers front of mind. By using innovative, lightweight materials it provides an ideal solution for organisations looking for maximum carrying capacity without having to incur the expense of putting staff through D1 category licence training. FlexiLite™ gives you a safety tested, road-ready minibus, with room for up to seventeen people and between one and four wheelchairs, that can be driven by anyone with a standard car licence.

Access

The FlexiLite™ minibus is available with a wide choice of accessibility features. Our folding rear access ramps and electrically-operated underfloor passenger lifts are easy to use and can be stowed away neatly within the vehicle, depending on the model you choose. Wheelchair restraints and three-point seat belts ensure the safety of wheelchair users and other passengers. FlexiLite™ also comes with a retractable side step and hand pole or grab handles to ease passenger entry and exit .

Certification

While some converters may be tempted to cut corners, FlexiLite™ features floors, seats, seat belts and wheelchair restraints which have been tested to meet stringent international safety standards*. All FlexiLite™ lightweight minibuses also come with the added reassurance of an Individual Vehicle Approval (IVA) certificate, independently verified by a Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) appointed test centre.

FlexiLite™ is available based on either the popular Peugeot Boxer or Citroën Relay. It offers an impressive standard specification for maximum driver and passenger comfort . There’s a host of seating options too, depending on your specific requirements.
