Simple Protection for a Critical ComponentSome of our customers running 1560 Omnicone® crushers have been concerned about severe damage to their Countershaft Box resulting from heavy contact with material. Excel went to the drawing board and created an Extended Countershaft Box Guard for the 1560 Omnicone. We extended the conventional design an extra 4 inches toward the flywheel providing over 40% more surface protection without any modifications to the crusher at all. Excel’s Extended Countershaft Box Guard for the 1560 Omnicone greatly minimizes damages from direct contact with product passing over the Countershaft Box at a very minimal cost.
