•1988 Company founded as a manufacturer of strip doors.
•1990 – 1994 added PVC Panels, Air Doors, Dock Bumpers, Dock Lights, and Modular Enclosures.
•1999 acquired Curtron Products, the industry leader to the Food
Service Industry for Strip Doors and Rack Covers.
•2000 – 2003 added PVC Film, Conversion Services, Industrial Curtains, PVC Coated and Laminated Fabrics

•2002 – 2003 invented Rip-A-Strip, Save-T-Loc hardware, and the Accordion Strip Door.
•2006 Company was sold to Shoreview Industries.
•2007 Acquired Winplex, a world class extrusion company.
•2008 Acquired FlexBarrier, a competitor of Strip Doors and a leading manufacturer of Screen Doors.
•2009 Opened West Coast Distribution Center and acquired KoroClear and KoroSeal, divisions of RJF (formerly BF Goodrich.)
