Date: June 6, 2016 To: County Executive Office, Campaign Finance Staff From: Ventura County Clerk Subject: Addendum #1 to Report #2016-06 of Apparent Violation of the Ventura County Campaign Finance Reform Ordinance (No. 4471) In accordance with Section 1304(e) of the Ventura County Campaign Finance Reform Ordinance (No. 4471), the Ventura County Clerk is hereby reporting to the County Executive Office the following Addendum #1 to the June 3, 2016 Report #2016-06 of apparent violation of Section 1268(a) of Ordinance #4471, by the Martin F. Hernandez for Supervisor 2016 Committee. The attached Amended Form 460 was filed by the Martin F. Hernandez for Supervisor 2016 Committee on June 3, 2016, subsequent to Report #2016-06. On page 18 of the attached PDF, the November 22, 2015 $100 contribution originally attributed to Robert M. Levin now appears to be attributed to Lisa A. Solinas. Based on the review of the Amended Form 460, the Ventura County Clerk has determined that the contributions from Robert M. Levin now total $700, as listed on these documents, and no longer exceed on their face the $750 individual contribution limit over the course of an election cycle, and, therefore, no longer appear to be a violation of Section 1268(a) of the Ordinance.
