Retail CAFERetail Cafe is a complete POS system developed for F&B. The system has features to cater to restaurants and fast food chains. The Retailcafe system has main functions like, Restaurant Billing, Order taking & Kitchen notification message and generate reports.

The system work flow as follows in order
Sales Order System
This system is to notify the waiters that the order in the kitchen is ready for delivery to the customer. The waiter sees the table
number and sends the order the specific table. This system also monitors the table availability for customer also. The waiter will
pass a receipt to the customer once they have completed dine in or takeaway process.
Centralized System (Head Quarters System)
The centralized is server is used to update the overall system like price change, product input, food availability, special promotion
etc. all the reports can be generated in the server. At the day end process or shift process the system will generate a report and
notify the person in charge through email. Specific report like sales report, cash transaction report will be generated and sent to
the specific email. All outlets reports and changes in the menu or the price changes will automatically sync every ten minutes
to all outlets.

Kitchen Printer
The kitchen printers are used in different kitchen to prepare the food as per the order requirement. This is a replacement for
kitchen order display (KOT). For small restaurants they may go for this option for cost saving than implementing kitchen order
display (KOT). These printers are connected with the network cables from a network points.
Kitchen Order / Master Display (KOT)
Kitchen Order display is located in the kitchen shows the orders with all modification in the order created by customers or waiter
with the table number indicated in it. This helps the kitchen staffs to speed up the delivery of the orders from kitchen placed by
the customers. In addition the kitchen display shows the order real –time, when an order was created, who created the order, so
that the kitchen staffs know which order has priorities. There will be a main collection display which will notify the waiters that
the food is ready to serve to the customers in the respective tables.

RetailCafe Self Checkout System
Unipro software presents RetailCafe SCO in benefit of customers without being long-waited in queue. RetailCafe SCO can be faster than using cashier lane, as well as it reduces length of checkout lines & wait times.
The Function Includes:
• Customer can scan the bill
• Customer can select the Pay mode as CASH or NETS
• Customers can Deposit Cash or Swipe NETS
• If Nets Payment, customer Enter the PIN and collect the receipt when payment approved
• Authorized person will do the shift closing and collect money
This system helps the customer to place their orders in the Tab provided to each table. They can place
order, modify the order in the tab itself. When the customer completes the order it display in kitchen to
prepare the order. Once the order is delivered to customer with the bill which the customer can pay by
using the SCO Self Checkout System (Pay mode provided in the system).

The RetailCafe SCO Self Checkout System (Self Service payment Kisok) is integrated with Point of sale system, Digital E menu
/Ordering & Kitchen Ordering display plays a vital role in the F&B sectors like restaurants, Food courts, coffee shop etc. This
solution consists of the following components to minimize the long queues, waiting time, order accuracy, reduction of food
wastage etc.
Security Measures

By implementing this system we can reduce the work load to the waiter’s and supervisors. There will be no miss communication between the customer and the cashiers in the cash transactions. It will reduce the miss communication between waiter and the customer for the food ordered. The food will be served to the right person and the table as per their customer request.
The manpower can be redeployed for other job scope since the customer plays a vital role in the ordering process. There will be an increase in the productivity level in the job scope since most of the jobs are transformed from manual operations transformed into digital platform.
The cash transactions in the business process will be smoothed and there will be no shortage and excess cash in the business operations. Since the cash is deposited by customer itself in the self service payment kiosk collects the value in the receipt and dispenses the change to the customer in notes and coins.
