To uninstall the Citrix Receiver from your Windows computer.

Follow the below steps:

(1) To uninstall the previous version of the Citrix Receiver or Citrix Client, it is recommended

that you download, extract, and run the Citrix Clean-Up Utility. The utility provides a

thorough and comprehensive removal of older versions of Citrix Receiver. The utility

can be downloaded from the following web site >>>

(2) Save the utility on your computer desktop.

(3) Double click on the downloaded file (CitrixCleanupUtility.zip) and open it. Do not extract

it. Double click on ReceiverCleanupUtility.exe.

(4) Click a key to continue with the installation.

(5) Once the installation is complete, click on key to exit screen.

(6) Once the removal of the older Citrix Receiver utility has completed, reboot the computer.

(7) Next, you need to download and install Receiver for Windows (4.2)

(10) The file download location is on the bottom right of the screen

(11) Launch the downloaded program and select install, follow the screens below

Select Add Account

Enter the server address: https://access.browardhealth.org

You will be then prompted for your username and password, enter them in the dialog box.

Select Finish

When prompted, put in your user name and password.

To add additional applications, utilize the addition key on the left side of the screen.

Go to the following website and download the current version 11.9
