Pro Aquarium Water Vacuum Pump

vacuum pump capable of removing, replacing or transferring water for any distance at an

adjustable speed.

Vacuum pump all the nuisance is gone.

The unit has an integrated, adjustable electronic control capability from Low to High

vacuum power to clean aquariums with light sand to heavy gravel. The adjustable

features make it possible to clean without collecting sand and rocks in the system.

For Best Result, Always Position the Pump Closer to Source and Below of

Aquarium Gravel Level.

(WARNING: Always Unplug Aquarium Water Heater during water maintenance)

1- Connect supplied TOBOQ hose with clamp (Pic1-1 & Pic1-2) to input and output

barb connectors. (Pic3)

Place input water flow-in hose in the “tank” where you plan to remove or drain

water. (Pic1-1) and place output flow-out (Pic1-2) hose where you want to transfer

water.

**If unit is being used as a vacuum, to prevent internal pump damages, we strongly

recommend using our Stainless-Steel Micro Irrigation Water Pump Net Filter on Flow-in

hose connector to avoid suction of hard particles (rocks, gravel, etc.). Warranty does not

cover any damages to the internal pump as a result of hard particles.

2- Connect 110V AC to 12V DC power input on the back side of pump (Pic2).

The LED switch will light to show connection (Pic1-5).

*WARNING: PLEASE KEEP POWER SUPPLY IN A DRY AREA. THIS IS AN

INDOOR POWER SUPPLY AND NOT WATER RESISTANT.

*HIGHLY RECOMMEND USING TOBOQ OUTDOOR WATER RESISTANT

POWER SUPPLY FOR OUTDOOR USE (sold separately).

3- Press ON/OFF Switch one time to turn the power on or off. (Pic1-5). The digital

display will light on the ON position (Pic1-3). By turning the control knob left or

right (Pic1-4) you will be able to control the power of transfer speed, depending on

your application. Digital display will show 0 to 100% vacuum power positions

(Pic1-3).

4- *Note: Keep Flow-in hose (Pic1-1) in deep water and pump power ON. Wait for a

few seconds for removal of blocked air from hoses and pump. Suction of water will

begin after all blocked air has been removed.

You should keep Flow-in (Pic1-1) in water and not allow air to flow in.

5- Adjustable handles; pull handle sides (Pic1-6 & Pic1-7) both at the same time and

adjust up/down.

1-After connecting to power supply nothing happens and LED display is

OFF:

Check power supply with voltage tester.

Check fuse on back side of pump unit.

2-Pump is ON and running, but there is no suction:

Input/output hoses may be blocked with dirt.

Turn OFF pump, wait 2-3 minutes, then turn power ON.

Internal pump may be overheating. Wait 20-30 minutes to cool-down.

Air blocked in pump, turn pump ON to 100% Maximum pump power and

move hoses up/down or change pump position until air is released. Air must

be replaced with water in pump.

3-Water Flow-in is very slow.

Check all hoses, may be blocked with dirt.

Air leak on input connectors area.

Use 100% maximum pump power for a few minutes for water flow to remove

dirt.

Use compressed air to dry or remove dirt from internal pump components.

Internal pump is damaged due to dirt or hard objects.

*We strongly recommend always using our Stainless Steel Micro Irrigation Water

Pump Net Filter. Warranty does not cover any damages to the internal pump as a result

of hard particles.

After Use;

Transfer some clean water for 1-2 minutes for clean internal dirt’s.

Disconnect water tubes and keep in ON pump without water until remove rest of

internal water.

Cover Input and output pump connect barbs with provided cover caps.

***Always Keep AC Power Supply in Dry Area. ***

TOBOQ Aquarium Water Vacuum Pump

Is pre intergraded for add filters on top of the unit in future.

The unit also features two pre intergraded for install removable 10-inch Water Filter

Cartridges. This added feature returns the same filtered clean water back into the

aquarium without causing temperature change or shock in the environment and saving

water in the process. (Pic4)

For increased water clarity, the 10-inch Double Water Filter Cartridges can be filled with

foams, filter pads, carbons, ammonia, nitrite, ceramic rings, or any other additional

filtration media. Example: (Pic5 and Pic6).

Limited Warranty and Return Policy All TOBOQ brand products, herein known as “Products”, sold on AquariumVac.com are covered by a 12-

month Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty.

TOBOQ.com warrants its Products free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of twelve

(12) months from the date of purchase.

The warranty does not apply to failures of the product due to improper use, installation, handling or

breakage of the Product. The warranty does not cover instances resulting from improver care, accidents,

and alterations, modifications, tampering in any way or negligence. The warranty is void if the product has

been repaired or serviced by an unauthorized person/company.

The warranty is not transferable and void if/when the product is sold to a third party.

The warranty does not apply to damages caused during shipping or caused by force majeure or an Act of

God.

The warranty does not cover accessories included with the product, such as cables, tubes, or any other

items that may be included and shipped with the main unit.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: TOBOQ.com and Aquariumvac.com shall not under any circumstances be liable for incidental damages or

special or consequential damages. Buyer’s remedies as set forth herein are exclusive, and the liability of

TOBOQ to user with respect to Products, including the performance or breach of any contract, or from the

manufacture, sale, delivery, installation, or use of any Product covered by or furnished under this warranty,

whether arising out of contract, negligence, strict tort, or under any warranty or otherwise, shall not, except

as expressly provided herein, exceed the price of the goods upon which such liability is based. This

Limitation of Liability applies to original Products and replacement goods.

Under no circumstance will TOBOQ.com and AquariumVac.com be held liable for any physical or

property damages resulting from liquid chemicals, filters while using the Products.

Return Policy AquariumVac.com will accept returns of undamaged Products in original packaging within 30 days of

receipt.

All returns / exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt of the merchandise.

Refund or exchange transaction will be competed upon receipt of the package in our warehouse.

Sales are final after 30 days and AquariumVac.com will not issue any credit or refunds for returned

Products.

A 20% Restocking Fee applies to returned products.

All shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the

sender.

Special Orders: *Return of special customized orders is not acceptable and not refundable.

DOA (“Dead-On-Arrival”): Upon receipt of a Product, Buyer should promptly turn on the Product to make sure it is working

properly. If the Product does not power up, or if the Product appears to malfunction, Buyer should

immediately contact AquariumVac.com technical support to obtain an RMA and shipping

instructions. Upon receipt of the RMA, Buyer should return the “defective” Product to the Company,

accompanied by the RMA number issued by AquariumVac.com. At its own discretion, the Company will

either repair or replace the Product. AquariumVac.com will only accept DOA Products if returned to the

Company within the Product’s twelve (12) month warranty period. (Within 30 days from receipt).

Normal Products Operation and Usage: After the 30-day grace period, should a Product suddenly stop functioning properly, Buyer should

communicate with AquariumVac.com technical support team to resolve the issue. If the issues cannot be

resolved remotely with the aid of the Company’s technical support, AquariumVac.com personnel will issue

the Buyer an RMA and shipping instructions so that Buyer can return the Product to AquariumVac.com for

repair or exchange only. AquariumVac.com will only accept Products if returned to the Company within

the Product’s twelve (12) month warranty period.

AquariumVac.com will only accept Product returns with an RMA. To obtain an RMA, or to communicate

with the Company about any other issue and to make any inquiries, please email AquariumVac.com at

cs@aquariumvac.com. The Company will issue an RMA number and instructions for returning the product

within two (2) business days after receiving a request.

AquariumVac.com management encourages all Buyers to register purchased Products at

AquariumVac.com website by filling out the registration form online.

Disassembling Products and tempering with the security seal without a proper authorization from

AquariumVac.com technical support team will void this warranty.
