Today’s Sermon: “True or False: Everything Happens for a Reason” Pastor Wade Wollin Romans 8:26—30 Have you been on the receiving or giving end of the phrase, ‘everything happens for a reason’? It is often thrown as a lifeline when we aren’t sure what else to say. But, is it true? Join us as we explore this important question of faith. Wade has been the Spiritual Formation Pastor at Community Church Hong Kong since 2007. He received his seminary training from Fuller Theological School in Pasadena, CA. Wade has been married for over 20 years to his wife Erica and they have two children, Cody and Maya, who keep him quite busy. When Wade is not in the office, he’s enjoying cycling, running, and exploring the green spaces of Hong Kong. 5pm Sermon: “Actions vs. Attitudes” Josh Loke, Director of Youth Ministry Matthew 5:17—20 What is the place of Old Testament law under the New Testament covenant, and how are we to unite those two in a Christ honoring way? Today’s Sermon:

“True or False: Everything Happens for a Reason” Pastor Wade Wollin

Romans 8:26—30

Have you been on the receiving or giving end of the phrase, ‘everything happens for a reason’?

Attitudes” Josh Loke, Director of Youth Ministry

Matthew 5:17—20

What is the place of Old Testament law under the New Testament covenant, and how are we to unite those two in a Christ honoring way? Today we'll be looking at what Christ meant when He said that He came as a “fulfilment of the Law” and hopefully we’ll get some answers from the previous questions as a result.

WELCOME TO ECC!

Welcome to the Sunday worship services at Evangelical Community Church. This is where we pray, sing, and listen to God’s Word. We are here to bless one another and lead you into God’s presence through Jesus Christ. If you have any questions, please contact one of our greeters, a pastor, or church leaders. Relax and make yourself at home.

Nursery care for your infant or toddler is available. We also have children’s classes for the 9:30am and 11:15am services. Please check the ‘Today’ section of this bulletin for the locations or see a greeter for assistance.

If today’s message has moved your heart, you may download the audio mp3 recording at www.ecchk.org. If you wish for someone to pray for you this morning, please come to the colorful banner near the stage after the benediction.
