Montessori method of education developed by Dr. Maria Montessori is a child centred educational approach based on scientific observations of children from birth to adulthood. Dr. Maria Montessori’s methodology has been time tested, with over 100 years of success in diverse cultures throughout the world. Dr. Maria Montessori’s whole approach to education was in the spirit of constant experimentation based on the observation of the child. One of Montessori’s primary goals was to promote the development of social skills, emotional growth, and cognitive preparation so every child could fulfill their utmost potential. She believed that the potential of the child is not just mental, but is revealed only when the complete “Montessori Method” is understood and followed. - About Khushbu -

The Vedas, as we all know, are four collections that form the earliest body of Indian scriptures. Taking from their teachings on philosophy and guidance, the word Veda stands for knowledge and the highest quality of education. So when I was thinking of a name, I zeroed in on ‘Veda’.

I, Ms.Khushbu Parikh educator / now owner of Veda Montessori always had a dream start a school.I am a mother of 2 year old and my daughter goes to a Montessori school and I am so convinced with this methodology which works wonders with these young minds. After studying this methodology I set up a toddler environment (1-3 years). Having an experience of 10 years with preschool children, I am very passionate working with such young children.

Enhancing on all the teaching mechanisms of a regular nursery school, Veda Montessori will go several steps further. We follow pure Montessori methodology. We want our class to be intimate, where everyone, including the teachers and children, knows each other well. That is why we have decided on having less number of children per class. (i.e.12per batch) They will be aided by two qualified teachers and one helper. Fifteen in each class is the ideal size for our little family. The knowledge imparted through Montessori Method can help maximize children inner potential and create them better citizen of world.
