Full day events usually run from 10.30 – 5pm. With a 45minute break in between. However start and finish times can be arranged for a time that suits you.

The Adventure Conference package is complimentary to all of our multi activity events.We can also lay on a variety of refreshments and catering, suitable to your requests.

Activities usually run in 45minute back to back adrenaline packed sessions. The Hill Rally Stage event will run for approx. 15 minutes. There are no specific start and finish times, we will do our best to fit you at a time that suits you.

Todds Leap is a conference venue with a difference, with the buzz of our activities sure to fuel the energy through your meetings. All our rooms offer views of our massive purpose built site and the spectacular surrounding scenery. Conference facilities are easily accessible and wheelchair friendly. We offer flexible room layout and seating configurations to suit any meeting, for up to 120 delegates.

Benjamin’s Licensed restaurant is located at the core of the centre. Providing locally sourced and freshly cooked meals, to compliment your event. We can incorporate power breakfasts to kick start your event, fill you up with our hearty cooked lunches and provide buffet spreads or barbeques. We can even book your group in for full a la carte evening meals.

accommodation

We offer onsite accommodation, in the form of cosy log cabins. With stunning views overlooking the entire 100 acre site, the cabins are all equipped with TV & DVD players.There is also an all-weather outdoor area, where many groups congregate in the evening and socialise and reflect over their experience.

any spec ial requests

We welcome the challenge of fulfilling your event brief and exceeding your expectations. We can incorporate themes events; dancing lessons, survival skills, casino nights, spa treatments, live entertainment, private bars and much more. If you have you have any special requests that you would like to include in your event then no request is too big.

suitability

• Off Road Driving has no age limits and is fully accessible for those with special needs. You do not need a licence.

• Zip Line has some weight restrictions, participants must comfortably fit the harness, approx. 7 - 18 stone

• Drop Zone & Paintballing usually Require a minimum of 10

• Body Zorbing & Blindfold Landrover driving require a minimum of 4 people

on the day

All corporate teambuilding events will include full safety briefing, team icebreakers and team challenges.

what to bring

Suitable outdoor footwear and wet weather clothing. Change of clothes, if necessary. Towel & wash bag if your heading somewhere fancy after! We provide all the necessary safety equipment.
