Question 8.I know that AZ stands for Arizona and I can see only one AZ in this chart. According to the chart, the city which corresponds with AZ is Phoenix. So passengers who want to visit Arizona should land in Phoenix.

Question 9. There is some information I can get in the chart. It is about the destinations of this airline company. There are also some sentences like “check the current weather conditions” and “find the best hotels, restaurants and attractions each city offers.” So by looking at the chart, passengers can get information about destination cities, temperature and humidity, restaurants, accommodations, and tourist attractions.

You said that you had five were damaged beyond repairs. I have looked into this matter, and it appears that the fault is ours. Please keep the damaged chairs until I can have someone come by your store to inspect the damage. I truly apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you. I know how you must be feeling now. We will give careful consideration to your discount proposal. I think it will turn out positively in your favor since you are one of our best costumers. I hope that this matter won’t affect our long relationship. I’d like to hear from you at your earliest convenience. Thank you.

Question 11.Pro. Parents are the only teachers we have throughout out lifetime, but I believe they are the best. My parents have been the best teachers since I was born. I learned everything about how to behave in the society from them. Through the constant 24 hour interaction, parents are able to nurture and instruct the child.

Page 4: Toeic Mwf Beg

Parents have only love and concern when they teach. They aren’t motivated by salary or career and advancement unlike other people. They also offer very personal advice and give the benefit of their personal experiences to their children. Therefore, I think parents are the best teachers without a doubt.

Con.Parents can be good teachers. It is true that they have a strong influence on their children. By profession, they are not teachers but really guides or guardians who show their children how to lead their lives for a better future. Actually, mot parents try to find the best teachers for their young sons and daughters. They look for a teacher who is able to teach a certain subject or skill. He can teach children the best way and try to make the best in them. Some of the most famous people in history had wonderful teachers who were not their parents. For instance Helen Keller had Anne Sullivan as her teacher and mentor. This is why I think parents are guardians, not teachers.

hobby. I really look nice and cool when I wear a fabulous T-shirt.

Question 6I enjoy shopping online more than going to a mall. The same department store items are cheaper on an online shopping site. I also don’t have to wander around to find the right clothes and be bothered by the shop’s staff. When I shop online, I just hover my mouse at the item and click. And another thing, in online shopping, there is no closing time. I can shop at 1 in the morning in my room.

Question 8The invoice shows that the shipping charge was $16.95. Looking up at this charge on the shipping charges table,

we can figure out that the customer will get the camera in 3 or 4 days.

Question 9The total amount of the payment was $995.95, including shipping charges. The invoice said that there was no sales tax for the customer, because only New Jersey residents have to pay sales tax. So we can assume the costumer does not live in New Jersey.

Question 11Pro.I agree with wearing school uniforms. Uniforms put students on an equal level. For example, you cannot tell a poor student from rich student when all students wear uniforms. Students can go to school without class divisions because they are dressed alike. Schools won’t become a place of status, wealth, style, or fashion. Moreover, students can concentrate on studying, not brand-name clothes or shoes. Secondly, parents can save money on children’s clothing. Buying new latest fashion every year is much more expensive than buying a uniform that will last for years. Finally, uniforms symbolize teamwork and camaraderie which will help students build social skills.

Con.Some say school uniforms must be required for students, but school uniforms have more disadvantages. School uniforms have functioned as a means of controlling the students, but we can see that it hasn’t worked. Nowadays, students are altering their uniforms to personalize them but in doing so uniforms have lost their original purpose. School uniforms are also way too expensive considering the low quality of the material. Parents must pour a lot of money on such poor quality clothes as soon as their children start school. Students are also restricted in their freedom. An individual doesn’t exist, but only a student. Therefore, I think the current education system should reconsider making students wear uniforms.

Question 6 I like to talk to my friends in private when I’m at home so no one can hear any conversations I make especially about personal things. It also allows me to talk as loud as I want about any subject.

Question 10Hello, Mr. Gardner. This is Kelly Walker from K & S apparel. Thank you for your call. As a result of a thorough investigation into the problem with your order, we discovered that you filled out the order form incorrectly. We’ve checked the original order form you filled with the invoice and they matched. They show that you ordered a green jacket and a yellow shirt. I assume that you were confused with the colors. That happens. We can do an exchange, but reimbursement complete refund is out of the question I’m afraid. However, since we sent you the wrong dress by our own mistake, you can choose to either exchange the wrong dress with the right one, or receive a full refund. Or I can offer you a 20 percent off coupon for your order which can be used for any of our products in the catalog if you keep the product. Let me hear from you soon about your decision. Thank you.
