1.0 SCOPE

t. i This Detail Method Statement covers the operations involved in rh; installation of ToiletPartitions in Rooms 40, 50 and i26 of facility 06 and Rooms 006,024 and 120 of faciiity08.

2.A PRE-IN'STALLATIOn-'

2-l Inqpect paneis and finings for damege; damaged items wiil be returned to the stores.

2.2 Check that the conect number ofpanels, doors and hardware are available.

2.4 Protect adjacent areas &om damage, panicular attention will be made where tiles -havebeen laid.

3.0 INSTALLATIO]V

3. 1 The partition system and associated fittings and fi-xtures will be insalled in accord.ancenith the manufacrurers printed instructions.

3.2 Free standing panitions wiil be instaned on stainless steel legs.

3.3 Care will be taken to ensure that partitions and cubicles are fixed straieht and true to line,level and plumb.

3.4 Ail divisions will be assembled at 90 degrees ro doors.

3.5 Doors wili be hung venically and have a uniform edge clearance along their entire length.

3.6 Sealants and caulking, where required, wil be coiour matched to the toilet cubicles.

3'7 Hard*'are wili be as suppiied by the cubicle manufacturer and fitted in accordance withtheir instructions,
