As Project Manager Assistant provided administrative and contract support to Project Managers. Subcontract generation and tracking. Have reviewed and submitted Certified Payrolls and Subcontractor/Vendor invoices. In the past submitted Government invoices in the WAWF system.

As Project Administrative Assistant provided administrative and contract support to Construction General Contractors. Subcontract generation and tracking, Davis Bacon compliance tracking, updating of Accident Prevention Plans and Quality Control Plans to match new projects. Ordering supplies for office, maintaining copier, answering phones and greeting customers. Communicated with senior personnel in company, subcontractors, and customers.

As Logistics Analyst provided technical support for the VOR/DME and DME programs. Interfaced with FAA Divisions, the prime contractor, and subcontractors to determine status of deliverables to ensure correctness and compliance with the SOW, and FAA Specifications

As Yeoman in the U. S. Navy served as Operations Yeoman onboard an aircraft carrier for one year, assigned to a 688-Class submarine for two years and the remainder of duty was on the pre-com unit for a 688-Class submarine.

As Stock Control and Accounting Specialist in the U. S. Army performed various supply and logistics functions at stations in the US and abroad. Worked at all levels of the Army supply system.

Spent fourteen months in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia providing administrative support, including payroll, travel, vehicle purchase and maintenance, and lodging for all in-Kingdom and visiting EG&G and military personnel. Assisted Saudi Naval personnel in the implementation of administrative and supply functions for King Faisal Naval Base, Saudi Arabia
