Cable stripper M-500 Easy and safe cutting and removing of outer jacket and insulation. One tool with two functions. This tool cuts outer jackets from diameter 15 up to 50 mm (an additional plastic insert M-500-S9 is needed for diameter smaller than 25 mm) and the XLPE insulation up to a thickness of 8 – 10 mm. The automatic feed(step “1” and “2”) and the “O” position, for a radial cutting, guarantees a quick, safe and exact cutting of the cable jacket and insulation. To protect the prepared insulation screen, use the plastic insert M-500-S9. Due to the placement and design of the cutting blade, the sheath is lifted at the cutting point so that there is no risk of damaging the components below the sheath. Cutting depth of approx. 80 % will be sufficient. For further details look into the manual instruction of the tool.

Cable stripper M-630

Cutting and removing of outer sheath and insulation with only just one tool. Each step to work and the manual operation is similar to the cable stripper M-500. Cable stripper M-630 is developed especially for the cutting and preparation of bigger sized diameters with high cross sections. The working range of that tool is between diameter Ø 32 – 70 mm and a wall thickness up to approx. 14 mm can be cut.

Cable peeling tool S-490 One universal tool for shaving the bonded semicon layer of medium tension cables, 10 to 30 KV and even higher voltage. The working range is between 10 to 50 mm cable diameter. Due to the special profile of the sliding guide parts a defined working speed is guaranteed. The result is a well shaved surface with a constant and faultless finish. Once adjusted the cutting depth can be blocked to use the same cutting depth for further applications. At the end of the shaving operation the stop is made manual by switching off the sliding guide part. Because of the special grinding of the blade, the result is a perfect and smooth surface. ► Adjustable cutting depth of blade; 0 – 1,2 mm (steps every 0.1 mm) ► Shaving starts directly at the cable ends ► Automatic feed

Cable stripper KSK Tool for embossed screen removal from plastic cables insulation with round cores.

The tool consists of:

- stable bottom block with two roller – bearings and set of leading sticks - sliding block placed on leading sticks, with roller – bearing and knife sliding in appointed borders - resisting upper block with screw regulating the distance between bottom and the sliding block. The tightening force on the sliding block is regulated through springs. The necessary tightening power is setting by regulatory screw’s turning. The screw is leaning against the hole of the upper slat holding. The device’s turns in clock-wise cause the automatic feed of the tool toward the cable axis.

Operating way:

Operator puts the device on the core being in isolation with semi - conduction screen, the knife must be placed at the

beginning of cable. We tighten the cutting part on the point with regulatory screw and turn the screw by one roll. With the

perpendicular feed of the knife we pull the thickness of treated material down. In the horizontal direction the feed must be set

in such way that the material will be taken with the centre of the knife-edge.

The device’s turns in clock-wise pull the layer of semi - conduction screen down , with the thickness regulated with tightening screw.

Cable strippers DS1 DS2 Two universal tools for shaving the bonded semi-conductive layer of medium tension cables, 10 – 30 KV and even higher voltage. The tools are equipped with a spring guided sliding block which compensates oval cable. A well shaved surface, with a constant, faultless finish is guaranteed. Cable stripper M-M20-UK A tool for the preparation of medium voltage cables with an easy strip semiconductor layer. Range of diameter 15 – 50 mm. Cuts the outer sheath and the insulation up to a thickness of maximum 10 mm. The scoring depth for cutting the easy-strip semi-conductive layer can be fixed by 0.3/0.4 or 0.7/0.8 mm due to the thickness of the layer.
