ACCOUNTSTo be paid in full on day of arrival. No refunds for early departures.

ACTIVITIESGuided Night Walks, booking services, brochures and maps from reception.

ALCOHOL & PARTIESNo liquor is to be consumed in the Park, except within your site, or in your unit. Excessive drinking and parties are forbidden in the Park and offenders will be requested to leave with no refunds.

BARBECUESFree BBQs are available outside the kitchen and in the Outdoor Kitchen. After use, please leave clean for next guests.

CAMPERS & CARAVANSMust have a current electrical warrant of fitness, and must provide their own waste container.

CHILDRENChildren to be controlled by parents at all times and supervised while using facilities. While in water children MUST be supervised.

CHECK IN / OUTCheck in time: 1.00pm – 8.00pm. Late check in can be arranged by contacting the office in advance. Check out time 10.00am. Extensions of stay or late check outs MUST be arranged with the Manager.

CONDUCTReasonable behaviour and dress expected at all times. Consideration must be shown to other guests.

CONSERVATIONPlease help us care for the environment by conserving hot water and reusing linen where possible.

DAMAGEPlease notify Reception of any damage to property. Any damage will be recovered.

DUMP STATIONCampervans and caravans must use the Dump Station to dispose of grey water and waste. The Dump Station is located on exit road on left hand side.

ENTRY TO PARKFront gate will be closed at 10.00pm and reopen at 7.30am.

FRIDGESAll food in communal fridges to be named, covered and removed before departure.

INTERNETIAC wifi is available on site, cards can be purchased at Reception. Coin operated computers are available in the communal lounge if required.

LAUNDRY$3 per wash and $3 per dryer. Powder available from Reception ($1 per sachet). Laundry closed between 10.00pm and 7.30am.

PETSWelcome subject to Park rules – a copy is available at Reception. Please let us know if you have a pet with you.

PLAYGROUNDPlayground will open at 8.30am and close at dark. No bikes to be ridden anywhere on site after dark.

PRIVACY ACTUnless you instruct us in writing to the contrary, we will confirm to any person who enquires that you are a guest and if asked will direct them to your site or unit.

RIVERS There are 2 swimming holes on site, and tubes are available for hire. All water based sports are carried out at your own risk. Children must be supervised when close to or in the water. All swimmers should leave the river at the latest by the concrete bridge over Oputeke Road. You are advised that swimming in the rivers up to 48 hours after heavy rain is not advised because of possible upstream contamination.

SMOKINGAll Park buildings are SMOKEFREE.

SPEEDWalking pace only in Park. Watch out for children!!

TELEPHONEPublic phone available on site. Phone cards are available from office, or credit cards accepted.

TENTSTents wanting to connect to power must have approved RCD lead.

VISITORSAll visitors must report to Reception. Guest visitors must depart by 8.00pm. Cars to be left outside main gate.
