Letter Update Utility (UD2)
Before letters can be accessed in File Maintenance or previewed, printed, or exported in Practice Management,
they must be converted to the new format using the NextGen Letter Update Utility. The utility installs upon
upgrade to 5.8 UD2 and can be found here:
