International Symposium Vegetation and Nature Conservation To the memory of Professor JeanMarie Géhu (19302014) 4 7 october 2016 Palais des congrès of SaintBrieuc (Côtesd’Armor, France) First circular, February 2016 The 7 th Symposium of the French Society of Phytosociology, coorganized by the French Ministry of Environment, Sustainable Development and Energy, the Laboratory of Géoarchitecture (University of Western Brittany, the departemental Council of Côtesd’Armor and ViVarmor Nature aims to present the different applications of Phytosociology to Nature Conservation and Management. It is addressed to the whole set of actors handed on the expertise of land management : scientists, managers, technicians, policy officers of different organisations (national botanical conservancies, local authorities, protected areas, engineering offices…). This symposium id dedicated to the memory of Professor JeanMarie Géhu (19302014).
