San- nakji

Now the moment you have been waiting for, what is san-nakji? San-nakji is Korean traditional seafood from a small octopus species Korean call nakji. Its basically a small moving octopus that you eat with kimchi, rice and other side dishes. Its not live! However, the nerves of the octopus are still active. Meaning it will move in your mouth as you eat! So again, its not live octopus but it does move. Defiantly a must try, at least once in your life! San-nakji is prepared by the vendor, at first it is live but the vendor will kill the octopus and cut off the main body. The vendor will only provide the moving tentacles for you to eat.
